Played combat way too late last night. Gonna be a long day lol.
Robin is a little too slow for my taste, but hopefully he grows on me. Snap flash is sick, but you only get two =( . Obvious pro tip: press the d-pad when you first play him to see his gadgets. I was dumb and tried to figure them out myself. The quickfire versions (L1+____) are in the same position as the d-pad, except for shield charge which is double tapped R2.
Thanks for mentioning the amped freeze blast. I tried it out last night and it was sick. It even freezes the one armed guys! How is the multi-batarang different than default? You get six throws or all three at once?
I miss triple batclaw and throw because those were my go to moves for setting high scores. Ultra cape stun is good, but [S]X+O (special trip?) is really good for getting multiple ground pounds[/S] (edit: oops nm, it’s only a trip for Catwoman and a throw for Robin; stick with batarang to ground pound). I haven’t figured out any broken strategies like AA. Combat challenge is a different beast now. Took me longer than I’d like to admit to get the achievement for using all of Batman’s gadgets.

I’m only like…10% into the game and I’m already burnt out on all the stuff there is to do. And I’m just bored of the story line in general. 
Where exactly on the map is crime alley? I know it’s by the monarch theatre, but I forgot where that was

I’m seriously gonna miss Hamill as the Joker. I’m still holding out hope he’ll still do small roles occasionally, if Kevin Conroy is involved

i was screwing around in the game after i beat it, and ran across some thugs having a conversation about somebody taking jokers body from the rubble or something. he could have been talking about batman, but it seemed like they were trying to leave the door open just in case
think im gonna pick up AA and run thru it again just so i can have them both
If Hamill sticks to not doing Joker again like he said, this was a wonderfully awesome send off.

im pretty sure hush appears earlier in the game. the first time you enter the church, after you take out the guards, and before you go up to the bell tower. behind the confession booth, thers a patient stretched out with a box on his chest. if you look closely his face is all bandaged up. talk to the doctor standing next to his bed
is ther a specific set of comics that arkham asylum/city story sticks close to? maybe a graphic novel i can look for?

Typically, any staff/rod/bo/stick user’s aren’t the fastest characters anyway. Couple that with the fact that this Robin(Tim Drake) is more investigative, tech savvy, and less of a fighter than Nightwing(Dick Grayson). I actually like his style in this, and maybe because I’ve grown accustomed to using my share of “stick characters” in games.
Speaking of Robin(no spoilers) who would care if we had an actual campaign scenario DLC for him. I can definitely see it snatching people’s pockets, and it would also make sense given his role in this story. He could easily have some RE Separate Ways scenario shit going on.
Likewise, Nightwing dropping next Tuesday is cool. But some people aren’t really feeling challenge maps like that. They could handle a potential Nightwing scenario campaign with ease. Take Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 for example. Ryu didn’t even meet up with Rachel at all in NG2. Marbus was out looking for revenge and to start shit. And instead of Ryu having to break him off once again, they had Rachel handle him in her own Chapter. Ryu didn’t even know Rachel or Marbus was around. Same can be done here. Although it’d be kinda hard for Batman or any thugs to not know Nightwing’s in Arkham City, that can be the exact set-up. Batman does what he does, meanwhile Nightwing cleans up some shit behind the scenes, whether it be a villain that isn’t in main story, or one of the existing villains in a whole other boss fight either before or after Batman actually encounters them. It fits. And would be pretty sick.
Anyway, I know it’s a stretch. But hell, I thought something similar was the case for them being on in the game right after they were announced. Cool that they’re in, but don’t waste good characters on challenge maps. Especially when they could potentially add more weight to the existing story.

Nora Fries side mission, I found Nora Fries, but I can’t for the LIFE of me remember how to get back into the GCPD building to talk to Mr. Freeze. I’m doing it post game, and simply put I kinda forgot how to get back in. I go to the GCPD building but the door is all frozen up. Dammit, how did I get in here before, again?
Catwoman DLC comes with full storymode missions and storyline
GCPD entrance: Just turn on detective vision (solution to EVERYTHING). Look for a generator you shoot to lift a door. LOL dunno why so many people have trouble finding that fucking door.
I shot the electric generator and slid under, but the door leading into the building is frozen over.
