you’re too far in campaign mode for that entrance now, you have to get in through the back entrance you’ve made during your last visit there if I remember correctly
its on the back side of the building. throw an ice raft or land on the platform there and then grapple to the door.
It’s a method that rewards you for doing longer combo strings.
I finished Batman’s combat and predator challenges last night. Those extreme maps are no joke the first time you take them on. Riddler’s Campaign will be a bitch unless I memorize each map.
It’s not so much his speed, just that some of his animations take long to start / stop. They look bad ass, but it throws off my rhythm. Catwoman has drawn out animations too. I’m sure I’ll get used to it eventually. Just hoping Nightwing has Batman’s quick and dirty style with an increase in speed.
Funny thing is that a pic of Nightwing was leaked really early into Arkham City’s development. Maybe we can expect more? I’d like to see a story or 3rd game prelude, but I know that’s asking a lot.
So…anyone see the secret Scarecrow room? How the hell do people even find these things?!

I really hate that Nightwing and Robin are confined to maps and I don’t even really care for challenge maps but damn, the videos I’ve seen makes me really want to buy them.

no i understand that…the point being that once you have a 12 hit combo, ALL of your gadgets have a powered up mode, except for the grappling hook. It stays the same. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t give it a powered up mode (such as the triple hook from AA).
didnt know exactly which move you were referring to:
on 360: hold Left Trigger, and press X ------> this makes you spray gel on the ground during a backflip (on a 12 hit combo or higher, the explosion is HUGE)
A+B after a 5 hit combo --------> this makes you jump in the air, and throw batarangs at everybody knocked down, KOing them
on PS3: google a picture of the 360 controller and figure it out yourself, switching the controls for PS3 controls.
By consumer rights abuse your talking about the whole Catwoman as DLC bullshit right? Rocksteady made a huge fucking mistake by making her DLC anyway, which makes no sense at all. If you don’t have an internet connection, well you just lost a part of the campaign. When the PC version of the game leaks I’m downloading it. The company isn’t getting money from me this time. Arkham Asylum is still the better game anyway.
