did some google fu and Croc along with the Reaper were shown when Penguin debut, so he’s in in some capacity. Like we all think, he’s probably a side quest event or boss.
In other news about 8 hours in, got 16% done now whoot! This game is Bat Crack.
We’re about the same pace. I could go faster, but when I hear the plea for help, I must answer the call. I just finished the Dial Z for Murder quest last night. The Grapnel boost makes travel across the city sooooooo much easier.
Lol answer the call, I do the same thing though. I always like to finish as much side quests as possible but most are impossible without story given items.
Heh, I dunno what my % is, but I haven’t got far in the story. I keep just running around, finally trying the AR missions, and every time a crook talks trash about Mr Wayne, I just have to swoop down and lay the smack down.
Seriously, I can’t NOT beat up random thugs, especially when they call in like 20 of their friends to get skull fucked. The first time I heard somebody say shit, I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Now, I can’t keep away from them. I’ve been RIGHT next to where a mission is, then ended up going for a 3 hour scenic tour of Arkham City, taking names and kicking ass
It’s been awhile since the last game, could you always dive, and fly, with Batman? That shit is tight.
Okay, I rented Arkham Asylum back when Blockbuster had a bunch of stores. It was good, but I was overall happy I didn’t buy it. It had no replay value for me after the Riddler challenges. However, I’ve been hearing about this game’s New Game plus feature, side quests, and general buffing of the Riddler Challenges. Is this worth a full purchase? Does it have that replay value the first missed?
Wait, is it far too early to judge that? Have any of you beaten the game and found it just as good on the second try?
Bat Crack indeed. I haven’t put down the game since Tues. And Catwoman is a f’kin BEAST in the combat challenges!!
Croc
Spoiler
He’s in. It’s after you fight Ra’z ah Ghul and are moving threw the sewers. You have to hit a switch with a remote batrrang and he’ll burst threw a wall. It’s a quick cameo where Bats asks him for a quick truce, in a badass fashion of course, to let him pass threw the sewer.
Got to get a rhythm down, especially for later enemy types. Mashing will just get you killed as your next attack overrides any counter you try. Just practice on the various goons around town to get a feel and be more comfortable with it.
Just do what I do. Wait for someone to attack me, counter, if no one else is attacking me attack, if someone is counter. Rinse repeat. Once you get more tools you can fuck around with them while attacking and countering.
