i pretty much agree with all this. i don’t want him to have the generic c.lp, c.lp xx whatever like everyone else has for a hit confirm in this game but he does need compensation for having stupid shit like tatsu gorasen punishable on hit, stupid charge time on his two hit fireballs, extra tech time for back throws, and the list goes on. having a faster denjin might help make it a little less useless too.
I hate Twitter. I only signed up for it because it netted me some free DLC. I basically haven’t touched it since. That said, if you guys want to organize some sort sort of Tweet Ono Campaign, I’m in.

its too late i rekon, changes have been chosen and will only change based on loc test feedback. thats how its always worked with the game at loc test stage… japs think gouken sucks so we should be in line for some buffs lets keep hope alive
He needs some work. I got some mail after a few tough battles with a person I never played before, and he wrote something about “nice Gouken” and “he’s hard to win with”.
Gouken=hard fought victories. I never feel guilty anymore about chip wins or back throw to ultra.
Honestly all I want is for them to finally fix that shortcut bug. It makes me sad.

We can get kongoshin by doing back, forward, back +any punch. Needless to say a pain in certain situations. It works on reverse DP motions, Fei Long has it as well, but noticeably Adon, Akuma, Bison and Seth do not have it(while other shortcuts do work). T Hawk can’t do any shortcut so it’s not surprising his doesn’t suffer from it.
Kongoshin getting removed from kicks is already an intense blessing as we can now footsie with kicks without worrying about kongo’s at times. That only 2 characters seem to have it hints at an unintentional bug.
That shortcut is a blessing for Crouching Gouken, Hidden Counter.
