I still find it absurd that we use the PS3 for anything other than an emergency backup unit when it comes to fighting games. I don’t give a shit weather it is a 30 frame delay or 1, if there is delay, slow down, input dropping or ANYTHING that could even REMOTELY hamper or affect game play in the slightest during a tournament, it is UNACCEPTABLE. Use the version that is best suited for tournament play. If it was the PS3 one that is fine, I don’t care. Just don’t use the PS3 version because it’s convenient. That is complete bullshit. Use the best version when money is on the line, whichever version it happens to be.

MVC3=360
MVC2=DC
SSF2T=Arcade (no fucking exceptions)
Tekken 6=PS3(or so I’ve heard) Etc.
Whichever is the best version, NOT the most convenient.

I still think that they need to patch the damage scale/reset glitch on the moves that don’t have it. There is no reason to for them immune to the damage scaling. I don’t care that it makes some characters better. I would rather capcom patch the game then watch it get so broken.

And i am with scott on the ps3 shit. I have both systems and I’m not a fanboy for either. But the ps3 version is ass. Frame drops are retarded. I thought it was just my ps3 at first, but apparently it’s just overall.
I’ve decided to not continue trying to play MvC3 on a competitive level. The game mechanics overpower players skill far too easily for me to even consider putting the time into this game like I put into SSf4. And I don’t say this because of getting my ass beat online, but rather for the times where I run into someone who is clearly better at the game than me, yet they lose to my braindead abuse of the game mechanics.
I’ll still play it for fun at gatherings, but unless they seriously balance this game, it has lost my interest for tournament play.

After watching final round I thought people would be more excited to play. I guess people are just lazy. Marvel is such a fun game and new stuff is being put out just about each week.
Id download the characters, if the capcom unity site didnt suck so fucking much. So basically, order games from capcom, get them 2 weeks late. Get special edition on xbox, cant get characters. God this game’s track record, i swear, is shit.
Yeah, I wasn’t able to get the DLC characters till about 10 pm. It seems like the site that hands out the XBL redeem codes was getting hit hard. I had a real hard time getting the redeem code to work. I just gave up till later at night, worked first time. Lame…
I need help with she-hulk’s timing with her air grab super. when i do an air combo then otg into her run slide what is the timing for the air grab super??? i keep whiffing this one.
