Bwahahaa!! I remember Neil and Alex about to duke it out!! I think Tommy didn’t let Neil come outta his pad… So much shit talking… n after all the bs, it was to be settled in a grudge match in MvC2. I was training Neil for it… but it never happened…
For the record… MvC3 is not too broken. Just too easy. Noobs and AVG players can mash or strategize each other to death… But Top players will clean house. Just alot easier… aka makin it look broken…

About East side gatherings: I Think you guys underestimate how far some people have to drive to go out to hazem’s. The reason I will host eastside(When the time comes.) is to keep the scene active and to allow people who can’t drive all the way to laveen a place to congregate if it is beneficial to them. Like scott said, it also works the otherway around and don’t expect for westside to come out all the time. For somebody in mesa to go to hazems its about 45 minutes. For somebody up north in phx to come to my place would prob be the same. Realistically hazem’s is nowhere near the “Middle”. Does’t mean we are going to be cutting trips to either side though, if anything me moving to tempe will increase the amount of people going to hazem’s simply because before I moved out I was the main person driving from tempe and carpooling all these scrubs over there!
Anyways it will most likely be thursdays, fridays reserved for getting drunk and parties with my old college buds but it prob won’t be until things settle down a bit (I haven’t even unpacked).

I am still not sure if I am liking the game, but I at least found 3 characters that enjoy enough to try and learn the game with. Before I was only usually enjoying my point character and was lacking any synergy with assists.
Also, I totally want to try Shuma out as well. Needs more Chaos Dimension.

jorge: anytime man. send me an invite. i mainly just play ranked via fight request in training mode since its the easiest/best way to play random people due to insanely bad matchmaking. i dont do lobbies too much since lack of spectator is brutal. nothing worse than watching 2 life bars disappear with the quickness against someone with no life left and thinking “i just missed some hot shit i bet” or “damn, i wonder if he XF with sentinel and hit him 3 times to win” =)
the worst tho is when you are waiting your turn, and you accidentally hit Y and put yourself at the back of the rotation. wtf man. fucking genius idea… or when you win, and press buttons to do those automated quotes and hit Y by accident and once again, go to the end of the line, even if you win. Or better yet, you win a game, and during the results screen and you hit “A” to continue back to the lobby, but it never continues. and once the time runs out, it says “connection to player has been lost” and you go to the end of the rotation…

lol damn, no wonder sometimes sentinel still gets through with random S. Didnt know he got hyper armor on that attack. I thought it was super armor like the rest of his attacks. that’s just awesome… =/
Sabre: Yeah man, some of the stuff with the online is really bunk, but for the most part, the actual games seem to run really well for me. I have only played against one of my pals here, and some random guy from the UK. The local matches have all for the most part been freaking great, the UK match on the other hand had some lag in it. I’ll get some games with ya next time we are both on.
Also, has anyone seen or heard from Raff? WTF… :sad:
