No offense to you Bryan, but you’re being a fucking douchebag. You know I’m on here and you knew I’d reply. This is the 2nd time you’ve gone out of your way in the 2 years to post your shitty opinion of AZHP based on the 2 of our 15+ events you’ve personally been to in the last 3 years. Every time I’ve met with you I’ve tried to be nice and polite and get your opinions about removing any input latency from our setups and congratulating you on doing a great job on the strategy guide (Even though the entire community myself included knows it sucked balls). You could even say I did what I could to kiss your ass for the sake of being a nice guy. In the tradition of SRK drama I’m speaking up because it doesn’t seem you share the same common courtesy.
Almost everything I’ve heard out of your mouth has been a smartass “I’m better than everyone else” comment and I can recall at least 7 or 8 times people within the community has mentioned their dislike of your mouth of antics. Most people are too afraid to say something because they don’t want to stir drama or cause rifts with whom you’re friends with, but someone’s gotta say shit and I’ve never minded being the bad guy.
Start being more informative, helpful, positive, attempt to do something good for the community and get your fucking facts straight instead of being a dick and maybe you’ll have some respect. Next time I see you after you see the PCC 2011 setup, I’ll ask you if you want to hug it out (no homo) and if you’re cool with that then we’re cool and I never wanna hear this shit again. If not, there’s not a lot I’ve seen from you that makes me feel like it’d be much of a loss.
As for Phoenix Comicon 2011, I again want to apologize to the SRK community for not posting about it sooner as I’ve been working so hard on the logistics for this event I haven’t had time to promote. This is by far the biggest thing we’ve ever done with the biggest space ever provided (4400 square feet).
We’ll have 28 total setups including fighting games specifically meant for hardcore fighting game fans including:
3 PS3 fighting game setups with 6 TE sticks available for use
2 PS2 fighting game setups with 4 customized TE sticks available for use (hacked PSX digital pad in each one)
1 Dreamcast fighting game setup with 2 Agetec sticks available for use (modded for JLF stick and 30mm Sanwa buttons) <-- major pain in the ass widening the 28mm holes to 30mm.
1 Wii fighting game setup with 2 TvC sticks available for use (replaced knockoff parts with all Sanwa)
and…
1 Sega Blast City Arcade Machine running the CPSII of SFAlpha3 on freeplay with the 2 player control panel from lizardlick stocked with Sanwa parts. (Scott should like that one)
This doesn’t include the dedicated tournament area with two screens each on a VGA split to projector screens and seating for over 100.

For those questioning our quality due to past experiences or other SRK community members. I guide you to see the LCD Input Latency tests on our monitors posted on AZHP’s website HERE. We’ll specifically be running 24inch Hanns-G HH241 monitors with a VGA connections via HD Box Pro that are almost millisecond perfect on sync time.
You can also ask for opinions from other SRK members who have been to our events in the last year including Juicebox, Sugar Shane, Hazem, Marvin, Kyne, Raymond, Arnol not to mention some of the guys from Dustloop or Smash Boards.
Our rulesets are pretty much tournament standard but can be found HERE.
We’ve been specifically aiming money and efforts to provide for you guys and I can guarantee you will not be disappointed in the setups.
