Yeah i didn’t get to see it but i heard about it. good thing i think shes cute and that she has a nice ass or i would be more pissed off

It’s a crazy situation with so many sides to look at; just a completely messed up situation all around by everyone, really. If she truly was harassed the way it’s being let on, she should have spoken up sooner and not wasted the spot and screwed the other guy’s chance from coming back. If she did speak up and Aris and/or Capcom didn’t act, it’s on them. Without knowing the facts, it’s all speculation.

^ yeah that is true. I got her on my FB. i wonder if she will talk about it.

I’ve been watching it pretty much nonstop since day 1 and I’m shocked that capcops didn’t put a stop to it earlier. Not saying this is the right way for her to handle it, but Capcom definitely got in way over their heads with this.

sherry or superyan? i havent heard anything ;;

Someone link me to the video plox!

This shit was nuts, haha.

hahaha, asshole

I dunno all the little details, but fuck that. Look out for yourself. Quitting just made her look bad. No reason to not stick it through. Come out a winner, and put everyone on blast, not just run away.

John d is gentleman tho. Glad that he gets to stay. He’s always a riot to hear

Honestly, I’m curious if Capcom will finish the show thinking it was a success. From a marketing standpoint, it’s got a lot of people talking, and now with this Girls vs Gaming debate it’s gonna stretch beyond the FGC and into mainstream gaming culture, giving the game a shit ton more exposure. I mean, if you look at their batshit insane rules like that Pandora elimination thing, they were trying to manufacture drama. Didn’t even need to be manufactured, this stuff went waaaaaay larger than that. It’s a shame that Aris is gonna get crucified by the masses for this though, he seems like a really cool dude. People are always gonna side with the girl though, especially those outside the community. Sexual harassment is not cool, but there’s always behind-the-scenes dirty political shit with reality shows and nobody has the full story.

So subzero hooked superyan up with a stick and a set of headphones. I guess he felt bad, but According to Yan hes been nice to her the whole time. I haven’t been able to watch a whole lot of cross assault, so i really dont know the whole aris superyan situation. I’ll stick by my previous statement though, shes got a great butt.

On another note. I really haven’t heard to many people talking about it. But SFxT has alot in common with TVC. Its interesting. I wonder how TVC would have fared if it were on ps3 and 360?

Isn’t Drama the whole point of a reality show? At this point I think they were just throwing the whole reality aspect into it just so outside of the FGC viewers could watch. You know how people like the gossip.

lol I’ve watched a lot of the downtime of the show from the beginning where they just practice until its team challenge time. Aris is a cool dude but she repeatedly told him to stop and he kept going on numerous occasions. This has been happening on the stream since day 1. She got fed up and bounced… I don’t know what happened the day she left but I find it funny people keep telling her to suck it up lol. LI Joe called up Aris to ask for the details and he dodged the question so hard. But if it’s anybody’s fault its Capcom for not doing something about it. 100% positive if that was your girl on the show you would’ve told Aris to stop being so vulgar with her after she told him to stop. But then he just keeps going??? The Fighting game community is lol right now. Oh well it’s time for NerdJosh to get this money anyway.

she should have done something about it. take it a step further. Did she tell anyone else? what Aris did was wrong, she needs to take it to the producer. I wouldnt let one dude ruin my chances of 25g’s. The producer and even spooky and max were shocked when she forfeited, meaning not a lot of people knew what was up. Admittedly, I didn’t know either til well after she forfeited. Either way, she should have done something. Aris is cool, but if he truly did harass her and wouldn’t stop, then that’s wrong and needs to be addressed.

I have to side with Aris on this, superyan was asking to get harrassed with those thighs! She’s no different than Darkninjagirl, shes just looking for the dizzle from the gamer dudes!

Superyan looks like my heavy metal male friend! Thighs and all.

Japan3gro’s right about everything but NerdJosh. Renic ftw.

The stuff I saw Aris doing even on day 1 would immediately get you fired from any job (and they were technically working for Capcom at Capcom HQ when it happened). Even the stream monsters were creeped out by some of it, which says a lot. If it was your girl, you probably would have driven to Norcal and bodied Aris by now.

A few days ago, Superyan’s sister said on Twitter that her whole family was watching the stream and they were very upset. Superyan’s reply was that she complained to both Aris and Capcom and nothing had changed. Her family watching the stream might have had something to do with her quitting for all we know. Could be an expensive day for Capcom, honestly.

Yo, she should have said something on the main stream. If Capcom wasn’t listening either, then she should have put everyone on blast in front of everyone on the stream and stated her problem then forfeit. Put everyone in the hotseat.

I don’t think it makes any sense to blame her because “she should have done X, or Y, or Z”. While we can’t ever know what really happened beyond he-said/she-said, according to her, she told Aris off-camera in no uncertain terms that what he was doing wasn’t welcome, and he kept doing it. Whether or not that’s even true, it never should have even gotten to that point in the first place. It’s called basic human respect; the fact that she did or didn’t “complain the right way” about it is beside the point. It doesn’t change what Aris did, live and on-camera.

There are a lot of things that I love about the fighting game community, but the way it, as a whole, treats female players is one of its biggest flaws.
