Anyone down for some UMVC3 practice tomorrow? I need help solidifying a team idea, and overall gameplay. I want to get to a point where I feel comfortable enough to compete and not lose every match if I attend a tourney. I don’t feel I am at a point where I can pull consistent wins against people in the community who are good or at least decent. I am in Tempe, so anywhere near my general area is good. No class or work tomorrow, I am free all day, and technically tonight as well.

What happens when people don’t have their drive? Do we just say screw em and they fight at default gems(dunno what default is).
There’s a lot of concerns. Overall tho, I’m happy that they did this. I’ve been wanting this for years and only the original vf4 on ps2 did this right. I’m just scared of what happens when people don’t bring flash drives or if their characters weren’t setup and/or saved properly and they don’t realize this until its match time.
Other than #6, this is where the 360 will ultimately shine in the tourney scene. Atleast with the slim model. There’s 3 extra USB slots in the back, eliminating any need of a USB hub. The only problem is, due to the 360 casing, isnot all thumb drives can fit completely in the USB slot. To solve that would either file down the surrounding casing on the 360 to widen the clearance path for the USB slots, or get a very short USB extension cable(best route).
TBH we don’t even know if you need to leave your USB stick in; maybe it will save your loadout to the system memory so you can pull it out? We have to wait til the full details of it are released.
I’ve heard from various organizations that the pull out method isn’t so efficient.
