Awesomenauts SRK unite!

biggzy, Toddler and I just bent over the competition and had our way with them for an hour, was pretty brutal. Went 15/0, 13/3, and like 11-13/5 with Lonestar. They didn’t like my jumping and were taking a bunch of group stun to keep me grounded last game when I was winning 1v3’s after Biggzy took a few minutes off lol.

Unfortunately I’ve only gotten a chance to play maybe once a week, and usually have a full room of locals so I’m not much help. :frowning:
Usually whenever someone spots me on nowadays, it’s for a quick one-level run of Rayman on my Vita, just because that’s portable and I can play it anywhere and the levels are fast to play through. Either that or a drunken friday/saturday night couch co-op session of a random game. Last weekend was Worms. :lol:

Hey guys, I need a little help. I posted this Friday on the awesomenauts tech support forum (the subject was “Game Data Corrupted- Trying to contact customer support”). I had made a previous post about the same problem a week and a half before I think and no one responded.

-----I made a message about a week ago or so about this problem. When I demo’d the game I got this message once:
"The game data of Awesomenauts has been corrupted. Please reinstall the game and try again. Contact customer support if reinstalling the game does not resolve the problem."
I tried to re-enter the game and it worked fine. I then bought the game and since then whenever I play the game the message will pop up when I try to enter the game it takes me 2 or 3 re-tries to launch the game properly.
When I made that post, I tried launching the game at least ten times, and even reinstalled the game. It continued to give me that message. That post has many views, but no responses.
Since then the game has gone back to how it was working before, but tonight it’s once again not allowing me to play repeatedly, even after reinstalling it again.
I assume this is the place I’m supposed to go to to contact customer support. Me and my friends are thoroughly enjoying the game (I’m the only one having this problem), but it’s frustrating dealing with this problem and not having an answer. It’s especially upsetting and disappointing that I tried to reach customer support by asking for help in this forum but am getting no help whatsoever.
Update:
I’m on Xbox Live (1 person responded, asking what system I was on. It was just some guy sympathizing though, nothing helpful). I reinstalled the game a few more times and I think it finally reinstalled properly, because when I started the game it worked fine and all my levels were reset. The next time I played it worked fine also. Then the third night I played I got the message once and it worked fine. Tonight when I played it’s gone back to repeatedly giving me the message, which means I can’t play.
Is this a problem I’m supposed to contact the Xbox Live people about?------

So yeah, I was hoping someone official would help me out with the issue on their forum but I’m getting no help. The message says contact customer support, am I supposed to contact xbox’s customer support? I just assumed it meant Ronimo Games’s customer support, but I’m not sure anymore. It’s freakin annoying though. I’m really enjoying the game but there are nights where I literally can’t play because of this message popping up and sending me back to dashboard. Thoughts?

I’m not good with technology and stuff. So what do you mean by that? Like I need to buy a new hard drive? Or there’s something specific I need to do with the hard drive? I have an old 360 with one of those somewhat small hard drives (I think mine is 10 gb’s? I don’t even know, I’m so bad with this stuff). I have a number of other xbox live downloaded games though, and this is the only one giving me trouble.

Reformatting your hdd will basically be deleting everything on the hdd and restoring it to factory settings. All your games, saves, installs, apps, media will be wiped. I couldnt tell you if you need to reformat your hdd but it wont hurt to try it out. The worst thing that can happen is it wont fix whatever is wrong and you’ll be stuck redownloading all your games.

If you want to do that go to Settings > System > Storage > on Hard Drive click Y for Device Options > Format

After that is done and you want to dl your games go to Settings > Account Management > Download History

Playing with random sucks hella hard.

I played a couple of matches this morning on the 360 (GT: TheGRITTY) and it seems like the network was taking a shit. Major lag and huge difficulties joining games. Anyone else experience this?

This netcode is pretty good on PSN then? I’ll probably DL this tonight or tomorrow. Game looks really fun, I’ll probably be shitty for a while but this looks like something I might actually be decent at in a couple of days. So gimme a couple of practice days then ill throw up my PSN ID, so I don’t embarrass myself right away.

Been running mostly Leon, played Coco a bunch today though she’s pretty tight. I am still getting used to this game and getting my loadouts figured out, but I’ll be better than most randoms, I swear lol. I’m usually on during the day or late at night (like 2ish) due to being employed at a bar so hours are sort of shitty… I’ll usually play during regular gaming hours on my off nights though.
