If you’re just looking for something to cut a long recording up into individual matches with, then Avidemux should be relatively easy to use. It’s free and cross-platform, which should help as well.
Of course, there are a million other programs that do practically the same thing and more, but there’s probably another thread here for that kind of discussion.
Can someone give me a straight answer about the HDMI passthrough on the c875 (which I own) and the C985 (I think this is the one my friend has), does it add any lag? I think Jaxel said it does, so for streaming you need to split the signal to another monitor via a powered splitter/amp FIRST…but other people say its lagless. I suppose I can devise a way to test this myself but I’m really busy. Thanks in advance.
Hi everyone, long time no post. I have some updates for you guys.
We’ve finally made a North American region Facebook to consolidate our fan bases into different groups to make it easier to track. Link here: https://www.facebook.com/avermedia.gamerzone.na
During today’s Pinoy2DFighters_TV stream, me and offcast could get the feed from his LGP to work. In OBS, we kept getting a red screen and in RECentral, it would display the image for a bit before saying “Out of Range”. We tested the rest of the gear, it wasn’t the HDMI splitter nor the HDFury, so we assumed that it was a problem with the cables from the HDFury to the LGP (long story short, we switched to a friends Elgato).
My question now is, has anyone experienced anything similar to this? And is our diagnosis of the issue correct?
I’m just chiming in to say that I’d love to see C127 support for Linux and/or Mac systems. I recognize that this is not necessarily a huge market, and it’s a decent amount of engineering effort to make happen, but just wanted to chime in requesting it.
With the new OBS refactoring, I’m planning on joining the project to take on some of the engineering effort for the *nix ports, and I’d love my C127’s to work; as it stands, my only capture option for testing (and obviously use) is going to be my BMIP, and… well, BlackMagic drivers, ugh. I’ve always loved how Aver goes for no-nonsense drivers that just work, and I’d love to have a Linux/Mac supported card that I can recommend.
I’d love to get rid of Windows entirely; streaming’s the last thing I actually use it for.
