Like I said, that was an article, written merely to get people to that site. Not a shred of evidence, or even speculation. Just common sense.
Gotta wait for a Doctor Strange movie before Defenders. But if you recall the scene in IM2 where they are showing all the SHIELD locations for threats/Avengers, it shows a dot where Thor was, Cap was, Hulk was, as well as a dot in the middle of an ocean. NAMOR!!! Logically, they would throw him in with Cap, and thus have an “in” for him.
And the Vision rumour has a lot of heat to it, considering Coulson is supposed to be in Iron Man 3, and has been added to the Marvel 616 Universe, and has been doing all those “Day in the Life of” serials, on the blu rays of the Marvel movie. And he is in the Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon.
Oh yeah, don’t get me wrong, I’m a firm believer Coulson will be poking his head back in too. That scenario sounds really solid to me actually. It’s just a take it with a grain of salt thing, none of this info is coming from Marvel, just us fanboys getting all excited.
But yeah, I expect a Strange movie soon. Patrick Dempsey for the good doctor. They could possibly bring in Namor through that film as well if they neglect him in Cap again.
Dempsey has been begging to do it for awhile. I’ve also heard Tom Welling’s name thrown around a lot. Considering they were trying to get it done for like 30 million bucks (which may or may not have ballooned up to 50-60 million by now), and have been actively working on a script since 2010, I dunno if you could use the words “soon” though…
I wonder when the next Hulk movie would be, considering they started teasing Ant Man a few days ago, and have 3 other hero movies to get out before the next Avengers.
Hulk in 2015 if I remember correctly. I read it in some interview this week.

I don’t think it was all about weed. I do think that the main characters in the franchise title were overlooked due to budget and story constraints of making the human being the primary focus.

Not really. Especially compared to a film like *Thor *which felt more like a promotional text for The Avengers, this was more fleshed out with better action, direction, and writing. I have no idea what they would have done in an extra hour other than drag it out unnecessarily.
