If you really think about, water benders can generate lighting as well. Water bender can control all 3 forms of water, solid, liquid and gas. But there is a fourth state, plasma. So, they could potentially generate lighting

isnāt plasma achieved with a certain pressure (which they can achieve) AND temperature? yeah, they can form ice. but they havenāt heated water before.
iād say the more logical thing would be for fire benders to freeze things. since they can manipulate thermodynamics, they can absorb/withdraw the heat from a substance to freeze it. they somewhat showed this already with sozin cooling down the lava from the volcano. if you notice, he took the heat (shown by white vapor if iām not mistaken) from the lava with one hand and directed the heat away.

I was thinking of doing a simple illustration of some of the Avatar main characters dressed up as Street Fighter people. I need suggestions on who they should dress up asā¦
ideas I have:

Katara- ?
Sokka- Dan, itās got to be!
Zuko- ?
Toph- Makoto
Uncle Iroh- Gouken?
Azula- Chunli?
Hmmā¦itād be sort of odd since none of those are āmain charactersā except for Chun-Li, who doesnāt fit Azula IMO, but you can make it work. Speaking of Azula, I think her as a Karin (with black hair) would fit; that way you could make Katara as āSakuraā, the girl with tremendous natural talent.
Iām kind of stymied on Zuko myself, though I would say go with Rolento if youāre going with people that are in Street Fighter but that didnāt originate in Street Fighter. That way, you make Iroh Sodom, which would actually sort of fit due to his veneer of ineptitudeā¦except that Sodom is actually inept.
Bisonica EDIT: Either that or Zuko as Vega and Azula as Cammy.
And yes, I realize that he fits far better with Sagat, but heās far too short for that.
