You mean the Big Bad Badger Moles who opened the tunnels, hate the wolf-bats but love the sounds?
I meant the ones who taught Toph to see with earthbending, but maybe they were the same kind of animal.
ā¦Theyāre both Badger Moles.
Just saw the gallery pics from Comic-Con and wow do Tenzin and Bumi look alike when you take away the hair.
This reminded of someoneās post (Specs?) about bloodbendingā¦lol
ā¦!
ā¦well, suppose I didnāt need to get any work done today anyway.
Finished watching the entire series. Got damn impressive. Is Legend of Korra worth watching?
Yes! Story feels slightly rushed in some areas but still is very impressive.
The shipping it annoying though but a quality show regardlessā¦and Lin would get it hard!
But the fast paced made it that more awesome though IMO. Every episode mattered, there was something happening everytime. There were no filler episodes whatsoever, which is pretty rare for a TV show these days. Even top-tier shows like Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, Spartacus, Dexter, etc have filler episodes that just bog down the main story.
Did anyone post this one already? Sorry in advance if Iām double posting.

WHATTT aang is the tallest? Lies ā¦

Apparently it was a very advanced form of waterbending/bloodbending, he studied the human anatomy, learnt how each tribe bent their respective element and learnt how to block it out. It would also explain why he couldnāt block korraās airbending since he didnāt have any experience against airbenders. Im not a 100 on this explanation, but it made sense so I took it.
-
Im sure whats her name wasnāt the only person who could chi-block, she was just the only one the show focused on, its not like its an advanced art or something.
-
Im pretty sure he didnāt died.
-
I donāt think they ever said that, kyoshiās pet was a badger mole.
-
The scar was too intense, the only way she could heal him was with spirit water from the oasis which she spent on healing aang after azula fed him a full serving of lightning.
Thanks for the heads up guys.
Just wondering, did anyone not like the route that they took with the story? like the cars & planes so forth.
I think all the technological advancements took away from what i liked in the original AB but I guess I just got use to it. kindaā¦
another thing, me n my chick watched every ep start to end over the last few weeks, she HATES the 3v3 sport they made but i thought it was pretty koo. you think they should have taken a different route? maybe something not soā¦i donno⦠official?
It wouldāve been fine had they gone one less episode with it or Season 1 had more overall episodes to where it wouldnāt be taking up so much time. But since pro-bending takes away a lot of theā¦uniqueness of bending, it got old after the second episode. It also didnāt help that one of the Pro-bending episodes also decided to be the Shipping Episode.
Finally trying to catch up, finished ep. 3 where I left off.[details=Spoiler]That look Tenzin gave when he heard Amon can unbend shows heās hiding something, maybe he really knows something thatās going on or Iām reading too much into it on my second viewing.[/details]
So just finished watching both AB and Korra last week and whilst I enjoyed AB emensly I thought Korra was kinda Meh. Dont get me wrong, korra in itself isnt too bad, but I really hated the setting and how it was kinda āfuturisticā relative to AB.
What I enjoyed about AB was the sense of adventure and travelling around the world meeting new kinds of people (kinda like how they do in One Piece actually). The comedy was genuine and bountiful (mostly Sokka) and you get a real sense of exploration and backround.
I appreciate that this was difficult to do in 12 episodes, but goddamn, why did everything have to revolve around republic city? why did they have to move THAT far into the future, couldnt hey have still kept it similar to ancient china or whatever. And lastly, Zukoās voice as General Iroh is all sorts of annoying. Seriously doesnt sound right.
The plus side is that most characters were likable and realistic though I didnt care too much for the teen romance they got into so quickly. Hopefully there will be more exploration of how other parts of the word have changed since the last air bender such as Omashi and Kyushu or whatever.
Anybody else get the feeling that Asami is a loose end who may become a problem later?
found an early line test from the first season of avatar. pretty cool to see.
