How long people lived has nothing to do with what I said. Show me the clips of any of those guys at those ages doing the shit Amon was doing. Even the flashback of Aang at 40 was him on an air ball not running for an extended period of time. Like I said before because Amon is hella athletic it’s likely he’s under 50.
Aang had been knocked unconscious from blood bending (and lets not forget how unpleasant it looks and that it could be painful). He got up despite his age and damage and took off catching up to a man who likely had at LEAST a 3-5 minute start (simply judging by how far he was) to get away, and Aang managed to catch him on it while going up buildings and such.
And again, Amon hasn’t been doing olympic gymnastic stuff.

I think the most plausible and coolest Amon theory is that…Amon is Amon.
A new character like that…who can energybend…who we don’t know anything about, is far more interesting than if Amon was someone we know already.
