How will a good makoto always beat a good Ken? Makoto is RANDOM. As in nothing is 100% with her. Saying something will always happen in 3s (especially vs Makoto) is bs. Most high level winning Makoto matches involve her losing horribly till landing a grab.
Haunts:
Until you have the stun combo down, i suggest using SAI… Pull a JWong against Kens… DONT rush them down… Kens immobilize Makoto’s dash.
Make sure you BAIT THOSE FUCKING SRKS. if oyu ever get Ken down, Whiff a meaty mp, block that SRK, and PUNISH THAT SHIT. If you ever reset Ken in the air, dash up and BLOCK. Chances are he’ll whip out an SRK. if he doesnt, see what he does. random Hayates when Ken is charging up are also useful. If you hit him with one, karakusa that shit, and he’ll get grabbed cause he’s still in WTF mode. If oyu karakusa, hp, hayate, DONT follow up ALL the time… do a s.mk the first time, then dash in and block. or just block after your hayate.
If you learn to bait out Ken’s SRKs, You ahve the match won. grab him a couple times and you are winner!

Runaway Ken only applies to maximum spider super Makoto. Otherwise I just rush the shit out of the bitch. Either way Ken beats Makoto.
Edma, thats a generalization. My Makoto never loses to Ken anymore (except for our best player, but EVERYONE loses to him). I’ve learned to bait his SRKs, and punish his mistakes. At first, i sucked vs Ken, but the more i played vs him, the more i learned and the better i got…

Anyways… just cause you beat me with Ken once doesnt mean anything miguel… I beat Gumby’s Yun with Sean… and he’s the best Yun in BC… I only did it ONCE, 2 straight rounds. doesnt mean anything man. Know what does mean something? 10+ straight wins baby! aww jeeah!

Ken > Makoto, but in a video that we will be putting up soon, Archer V2.0 thrashes Ken with the full stun combo :lol:. Archer landed it on my Dudley twice, but that wasn’t on tape. and yes, Dudley doesn’t get stunned.
