I want his angry scar to get buff, its pretty much a risk ex bar to use since you only have one chance… so why not make really powerful… no on is afraid to rush on a sagat now days.
ps. mosh that combo was found awhile back, I believe someone found that out around may and posted it in eventhubs can’t remember who nor do I care. I just want a buff angry scar lol and his ultra 1 wall fix.

For SSF4 arcade, Sagat should recieve:
-An extra 50 health. Yes, 1100 total, putting him in T. Hawk and Zangief tier. His fundamentals have been nerfed pretty hard and, while that doesn’t really need to change (he’s a solid character), that little bit of extra armour lets him stay healthy that little bit longer.
-A 2-hit, 160 damage Tiger Uppercut. 110 damage on the first hit, 50 damage on the second. That way his FADC’s are made a little bit more of a threat than before (pfft 10 damage), but aren’t stupid. Also, CH TU’s wouldn’t do silly damage, but not something absolutely retarded like 125. His TU is now viable for combos again.
-Angry Scar Tiger Uppercut revamped: 240 damage, CANNOT be EX’d, 6 hits for full damage. Gives Sagat very large damage potential outside of ultra setups. Is not very effective as an anti air unless done very deep, as you’ll only get a couple of the hits if you do it early. Highest juggle value. Guaranteed to land after any FADC or juggle.
Sagat needs to feel like a beefy beast again, and this would help so much. Technically he’s not a B tier character, it’s just the raw numbers working against him. Sakura’s bnb’s hit harder than his outside of U1 combos, and even those are pretty meh right now.
The last suggestion is more like flavour than anything, but something I’d find awesome. Used to love Tiger Blow (flashing buttery EX Sagat TU doesn’t count).
^ I think his health is fine, otherwise good list. A raw damage boost on AS would be fine too though, and they should shave off the TS recovery frame they added in Super.
what would be even better is if they got rid of as and just gave him his vanilla tu damage. and safe lk tk. so he can do some proper bnb damage and have some good block strings, that all.
devils list seems kinda overpowered.
