A huge tourney in the A-town, you know I’m down for this. Just need to make sure my calender is cleared for that weekend, seeing that my so call friends wanted to back out on me at evo(those bastards) then we should be able to make this one seeing that it is driving distance for where I live. I’ll be sure to keep close attention for more details on this thread, I’ve come a long way since how I played at evo last year and I really want to show how I’ve improved in cvs and 3rd strike. See you guys at the tourney(even if I have to come alone), I’ll be there. Just wondering, is there going to be alot of guys thats going to play madden cause I got about 4 friends thats pretty good in that as well, oh well hit me up man.
CVS2 and HSF2 can be played if time permits. We just havent had a large request for those games. Ill throw them in though if the demand is there.

Apparently there is a HUGE Madden scene in Georgia. I think, honestly, that will be our largest turnout. THat is why we are having it and Fight Night on Sunday. I think, if your friends want to come out, they will have some good competition.

You might, however want to wait and see about at least CVS2. There are more people who play that here, but don’t usually want to enter probably till the tourney begins. Just wait and see on that.
Yeah during “Madden Challenge” tournaments, a lot of people usually travel around and enter in multiple tournaments, ATL is one of the places they tend to tell you to avoid, as it’s some of the toughest comp you can find.
I don’t play Madden all that much so I could never get into it.

Snukums (and others) there is a spot that is close by in East Point where the guys that live there housed myself and Jinmaster when we went there two weeks ago to check out the tourney spot. They may be willing to do the same for others. I will see about that if people want me to.

Sir, granted this is not the best area in the world but there has never been ANY incidents like what you just said at this particular location. My cousin is the property manager there (my aunt owns the whole strip mall). Of COURSE I spoke to them about that type of thing. I wouldnt want to subject MYSELF to that let alone other people. I will have Atlanta police there as well as security guards as a contingency but I dont anticipate many problems. I understand your concern but damn dude, you should have hollered at me first. I spoke w/ Jinmaster about this over AIM before the thread went up, and tried to explain that this might not be a good idea. I wasn’t aware that he had officially announced it.
Not trying to step on anyone’s toes here - I know you have the hookup w/ the location and all, but you REALLY need to consider moving it elsewhere. I’m all about the scene and promoting unity in the south, but there’s no way on God’s green earth I would go to a tournament in Carey Park. There’s just too much bad shit going on on that side in general.
