Are You Okay-** Thing is Jubei hurts himself in that he has to be played so safe…and as many counters as he has its not wise to miss it in SST…because once you miss a counter/throw…half life on average.
Damn man, I was never good at the guessing counter game, so many times has Geese been slapped around due to a wrong guess lol. Well not to bother you too much on the subject who would you recommend starting with to get to know the basics on SS (Again)?

Also I was playing some FF Special the other day, Kim is like mad good in that. I was pressuring my friends so bad they literally couldn’t do anything. I’m trying to figure out all the tricks and stuff of it, though one of my friends likes to jump between panels when he starts losing resulting in a confusing jump back and forth hitting game. Duck King seems pretty powerful, his F-B-F punch chain takes about 35% health, along with the DP Tiger Knee and the Blanka roll he has some great battlefield control.
How often can you land Tung’s rapid kick charge? I can hardly get it off without it looking obvious or have my opponent simply move away, is their any easier way? I thought about charging it while going into a jump attack but so far I haven’t had the time to practice it. Some Bread and Butter combo’s for Kim and Tung would be nice if anyone can spare.
The Fatal Fury Special thread Are You Okay has many of this stuff you already are asking in it…I just checked matter of fact…it has that stuff in it…
I’d start with someone like Ukyo, in SST…easy to learn…easy to grasp the basics with…

Getting the 4 hours or so of footage I digitized back to Geese tonight. It was on 2 VHS tapes, the first one was fine, the 2nd one is cracked and the color / audio keep fading in and out and going haywire so it looks like that one is a dud.
But 4 hours is plenty of footage of Mexico still, theres some 11, Tenka, NW, and I believe I saw some NGBC in there as well. Evo footage definitely all looks fine, but there is a ton of it to record, compress, and burn. I’ll get DG rolling on Stage6 tonight and show him how to put the videos on there.

Her fireball is punishable just like anyone else’s. Her air dive is punishable if she hits too high. Her DP is punishable. Her Ryuenbu is safe, but counterable. Her hcf+K is punishable, but good Mai’s only use that for long distance air defense.
Red air to air is ok, but Kyo has many other better options. I wouldn’t abuse it too much though.

Edit: Talk about how some of the more capcom-style SNK games should get some attention soon (MotW, Breakers, WHP), and that KoF98UM is a chance to finally (for a while) unify the KoF scene into one game. KoFMIRA is solid, too.

Started playing, then stopped, and now will not load. I guess ill resume my wait.
Same dealy. It plays to the 2nd go at the character select screen and starts to buffer without any sign of movement after Khanable or whomever picks Maxima.
Working fine for me.
Also if you hit the button to make the video pop out of the screen you can view it in its original resolution, and it looks a lot better, but is smaller.
