Asura's Wrath: Japanese God of War

Ah, I was basing it off the Gamesbeat review and a few others. :stuck_out_tongue: Oops.

18 Chapters and if you ‘S’ rank 5 stages then you get the real ending when you beat Chapter 18.

why not S rank all stages for the true ending?
Only having to do 5 seems odd.

The problem with that G4 review is that he felt the game didn’t innovate and do anything new to the table. You gotta look around online cause I believe that reviewer actually jumped on the people that commented on his review and Jaffe responded to it as well.

Modern gaming dude.

If the game was 40 dollars the discussion would shift to how it should be free because its “basically a movie.”

if the game was $40(ÂŁ25) I think most people (me included) would be playing it right now.

Agreed. I’m just one price drop away from picking this game up.

Games that are one time playthroughs (where you don’t really gain anything from replaying the game, or the higher difficulties aren’t really any challenging) are $10-$20 for me. If they’re on PC then they get bought for $5 from Steam .

I’d like to see what kind of crap games you guys would buy for 5 bucks. This could be a very entertaining discussion.

Agreed. Although it’s been a while since I’ve played a game that I wanted to go hard on. The last game I really went out of my way to get all crazy on was the original Tenchu; and that was some 12 years ago that I cleared everything in Master Ninja rank.

I’d buy any game for 5 dollars.

Custers Revenge? E.T.? Bad Boys?

I’d buy them all.

Onimusha 1 & 2
Metal Gear Solid 2
X Men Legends 2

I got RE4 for 10 dollars, and Okami for 20.

Out of curiosity, how many of you liked Heavenly Sword? Because I enjoyed that game quite a bit as well.

I just bought Just Cause 2 on Steam for 5 bucks. Still on sale for today.

I bought Dead Island for 60 dollars.

Probably my worst impulse buy ever.

Glad I dont shop at Gamestop anymore, Best Buy lets you do returns.

I couldn’t get into Heavenly Sword, but maybe that was due to me getting it a couple of years after it was released. The combat felt clunky, especially when combined with the plodding frame rate.

I probably would’ve bought Heavenly Sword if there wasn’t a demo to try first lol

Off topic, but the reviews for this game made me so mad :arazz:
