How do you manage to concentrate on your main? For me it is hard because there are times when I get a streak of losses against other players which make me question my main and compel me to try to pick up another character. I know the people in EVO only got that way because they stuck by and mastered their main(s), but its hard to deal with losing streaks.
So I ask again, how did you manage to stick with Bang (not saying anything about Bang himself, more along the question of mains).
What do I do against Japanese mixups like for example when Tokido takes Bang and mixes 5C with a low or a command throw?

If you want some inspiration and motivation boost watch some top japanese player beasting with that character. You may even learn some new tricks.
So I know many people already acknowledge how balanced cs2 is, but looking at the directions of the loketests, I can’t help but feel that the next version will throw the balance of cs2 off. I’m relatively new to the series, so I want to ask you if the directions of loketests generally make it through to the end. For example, characters with a longer list of nerfs than buffs to certain moves will be stuck with more nerfs in the end, or do loketests just trial the extremes to get reactions?
How do you think the rebalance will effect bb overall? I really just thought that nerfing makoto and noel slightly so they won’t have as much obnoxious things would balance the game wonderfully, but apparently arcsys seem to think characters like valkenhayn, tsubaki, and Hazama needs some nerfing to tools in their core gameplay when they play just fine now.
The loketests are not done yet. the buff and nerfs change a lot between the tests. loketests are more like experiments for different ideas. Wait for the final version to come up before you worry about balance changes.
CS2 had 3 or 4 loketests and the early ones are mostly throwing shit at the wall and seeing what sticks.
I envy Jin and Hazama, tho they are as fine as noel and makoto but they take 0 hate… actually they are one of the characters that make ppl jizz whenever they do a BnB 
will if the great dacidbro tells me to stick to Makoto then I WILL blindly, it sucks makoto is now so fun with all these sexy confirms and midscreen carrys but broken and when they gonna balance her she will be boring… rly, okay i’ll be waiting for BBCSE through ppl will still find me boring and normal but getting rid of the broken thingy is nice.

The reason I can stick to my main in Blazblue is because Bang does not convincingly lose to any particular character. If I play solidly, I can win any matchup. The top 4 or so is not easy, and even the top 7 or so have an advantage, but it’s not so major I should use that as an excuse. Case in point, Nezu had a huge streak in a recent Acho video, and Huey253 just won this last NCI. Consistently winning will be difficult with Bang, but hard work and practice can secure you the advantage.
They’re re-evaluating character strength, attempting to narrow the tier gap even further. Also, there are certain system changes that seek to give every character the necessary defensive options to be able to win by playing solid.
Where can I go to read up on this? And when were they thinking about doing it? Also when playing blazeblue I always think “wwDD” what would dacid do? And I get beat because you are legit and I am a fraud…
It actually may release as soon as fall, as late as late winter, I believe.
And man, if you think I’m legit and you’re a fraud, you should have seen some of the past few tournaments I’ve been to. Some straight up exposures. 
Because mentioning repeatedly at REV that I never practice on an lagless setup and using a timing based character mean that I’m inconsistent with combos.
Then again the amount I dropped at the time was truly astonishing. xD

East coast needs a lot of people called out. I appreciate how good you are despite having no one to practice against, the amount you’ve learned and improved on netplay is really surprising.

CS2+ Bang I have really no idea. Early loctests said strong, mid loctests said scary, possibly very bad, now it’s hard to say. Really I just wait til the release. I know so far Arcsys has done very well in aiming towards a balanced game, so we’ll just have to see…
I’m going to go to East Coast whenever I can afford it, one way or another. Hopefully soon!
