A little under the weather right now so won’t have a lot of update announcements just yet. But in short, this is a new concept for what I call “Designer Tek-Cases”, whereas the majority of the designs are catered to the user. I have one in a TRON concept that I will show when I get a chance to.
Because of such customization, it won’t be offered on my site as a regular product, but rather by request from SRK, at least for the time being. Requests will also be limited as I can only do so many at one time. But I’ve added some extra help to my business so it gives me a little time to play around with these limited Tek-Cases. More info soon!
Nice. You should continue to do limited time custom tek-cases. Different flavors like Tron, Gundam, Your Little Pony. If you wanted more buisness even though you prob don’t need it. Just a thought. I’m just a brain stormer.
Noooooooo…curse you Art…one of my friends and I are working on 2 separate Tron concepts by modifying your Tek cases…why must you announce this now??? Surely your precision laser cutting will make our work look like fisher price toys…
I know this was answered somewhere before but I cant seem to find it…I just ordered my case & I know they come with rubber feet but do the rubber feet that focusattack has work on these? If so, will it matter which ones I use? i.e 35mm or 40mm.
Also, any updates on the Designer cases? I’d love to get one.
Those designer series look amazing. My current stick is a street fighter/tron stick and i was wondering what it would look like if I printed my art on plastic or something with clear spots that shine through with my led’s. Wonder how well it would work with a tek-case? Really interested in getting one btw.
Is there an area to put in a headset port? I’ve tried looking at all the photos and didn’t see one. I ask because I wanna use a DIY case without having to have to use a separate controller to talk to my long distance friends.
Hello, after using my stick for a while, I’ve come to find that the bottom edge of the top panel irritates the bottom of my left wrist. Is there anything that I could use to cover or make the edge round or softer?
You could sand more of a bevel onto the edge or put some sort of coating/strip around the edge. I started wearing a watch and it rests perfectly on the edge preventing irritation, so i guess you could wear a wristband if you dont feel like sanding or anything.
For edge coatings on other projects I’ve used plasti dip and it holds up well, the local hardware store might have some thin weather stripping you could try too.
I’m really thinking about getting this but in all black but I’m still not entirely sure. Is there any way you could possibly take a picture of one for me?
