It’s also not real carbon fiber but a carbon fiber image sandwiched between 2 clear plates.

I’ll definitely order a case when you get em coming off the presses… do we have to send you the button and stick parameters?.. can you do a case for six HAPP concave buttons and their rings, aswell as a perfect 360 HAPP battop stick?.. i’ll sketch up some great art for the top and a killer color theme
Out of curioustiy, how thick is the purple plexi? How thick is the mirror plexi? I was thinking about stacking them for the bottom of ‘my’ stick. If it’s too thick, I can try hand cutting some reflective foil to put under purple plexi to keep the mirror effect shrug

Anyone else here ordered custom artwork from art’s hobbies recently? If so, did you have a hard time uploading your artwork?
Been trying to put mine up, but after i click, “upload” the page just loads ENDLESSLY…and eventually times out after about a half-hour.

just submitted my stuff, and though it did take a few minutes, I eventually got the " successful upload " message.
I think you’re right about this. I’ll prolly test it when I get mine. Even if the RJ-45 I get doesn’t work, I’ve got other feasible plans for the jack. And then prolly make it NAUSB and dual wireless. But, I’ve done a bit of research, it’ll prolly work.

Read this and laughed pretty hard considering how much lead I’ve been exposed combined between the lead-based paints my mom had used as I grew up, as she was an artist, and all of the leaded solder I use. Everyone knows that leaded is the best.
Sounds good. Artwork templates should be coming up. A lot of things are finalizing. It’s just the long haul to get the website configured for everything.
Glad you guys are liking the purple. But no shaft covers or dustwashers. First off, no purple in 1/16" for dust covers, and I’m not into making shaftcovers… yet anyway.
I’m not “backed up” perse… the time it takes to process an order will always be marked 10 - 14 days. But I still need time to update website, eat, sleep, and do personal stuff, so everything adds up.
There will be pre-set button configuration to choose from. Custom button placements won’t be made available till some time down the line. And the current dimensions of these first series cases will not fit HAPP buttons. I plan for a HAPP case down the line.
All case components are 1/8" thick (except some joints), and pretty much anything colored/textured will be 1/8". But I have Purple Mirror on order, so I’m waiting for the word to arrive and pickup at my supplier =).
Sometimes the site isn’t entirely friendly thanks to my craptastic hosting company. But, try different browsers and zip or rar to see if they go through. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I used chrome to upload my thing and it worked fine.
so none of the current demension sets can fit HAPP buttons?.. is there any simple work that can be done to make it work… like just getting new different buttons? or widening the holes?.. you see i have an AIAB hybrid stick, would i have trouble swapping out buttons or parts into a new case since it’s hybrid?
Hybrid is their way of saying PlayStation 3/Xbox 360 Dual Mod right?
So Dual Mod would have nothing to do with arcade parts.
And Happ Buttons have 28mm holes.
While Sanwa and Seimitsu have 30mm holes.
