Season 4 picks up, but those first few episodes just didn’t work.

people please give the fourth season till about ep 8 or so. the first ep was actually kind of sad and i felt bad for michael but it gets funny and starts feeling like AD again.

Best thing about the early episodes was the workaholic guys’ cameo. They killed, imo.
And Maeby’s episode[details=Spoiler] where she was revealed as the ostrich\vulture shrieks [/details]cracked me up
The new episodes def started a little rough, but once you get in to the groove of the characters again, it’s gets better. I’m going to assume on second viewing, it will be endlessly funnier.
I watched George Michael Senior’s episode, it was better but still disappointed. Tempted to leave the Gob ones till last if those are the best.
Lindsay just lost a a few pounds and looks like she might of had a face lift too, she’s like a stick now. Comparison pics in spoiler

I tip my hat off to them for going this far and not mentioning it if this is indeed true.
I will say this about michael cera. When he plays george michael it is always funny.
But damn wtf kind of cliffhanger was that? Michael is just like the rest of his family, and has turned his son into him. While trying to turn his son into a fatherboy
…Did Lindsay have a sex scene, wtf is this?! So far the episodes feel like the DVD extras that got cut from the episode because they ran too long or weren’t funny, then other times it feels like it was written and directed by someone who hasn’t seen AD before. :*(
The new season works best, as the producers have already stated, if you don’t watch them marathon-style. That said, I’m currently on episode 5. :tup:
I watched the second Michael episode where he becomes producer and the Tobias episode, so much better! These ones felt more like old AD, so many nods to the original series 
Yeah, they even mention it in the show. Also, Steve Holt hit the dude wall and they joke about that as well. :tup:
The Gob and Lucille episodes were the best IMO.
I like how Michael finally became a “true Bluth”, a liar and all around horrible person.
This season was great but it didn’t top the Mr. F arc.

Mr. F arc was amazing. i want to get my girl to watch it so i can see if she can figure out that chick was a MR F before they announce it.
also i was rewatching some of the eps and i told my girl about the 4 month gap some actors had between interactions and she pointed out that michael and the redhead chick werent really talking to each other.
Go back and watch that ep and when the go behind the others head you can see it. i thought it was hilarious.
