I have had my ups and downs with it. The game is great and there is tons of things to learn and what not. But it’s the worst community in the face of this planet. Sometime even playing it with friends sucks because they take it too serious and it turns into a troll fest.
One thing I must say, playing with Joey, Fred, Jude, Chris and Sneaky (Don’t know his name) is tons of fun. They can beast, talk shit and have fun at the same time haha.
I’m trying to find characters that I really enjoy and can help fulfill roles. Like…

Corki = AD carry
Naut = Jungle/Tank
Trundle = Jungle
Rumble = Top
Karma = Support
Blitz = Support/Awesome
Too much to learn and I suck at this game. But it can be tons of fun if you ignore the trolls.
Dota is worse. LoL is SFIV as Dota is 3s…
the community is way more hardcore. Glad you are enjoying LoL though I respect that game for bringing in as many people as it did to the genre. I still don’t agree with how easy a lot of things are in that game though. Just feels dumbed down sometimes and unnecessarily flashy at others.
LoL players are just people who never played DotA/HoN and are scared away from their steeper learning curve, even though eventually it becomes much more fun than LoL ever can be.
I like how you guys are trying to start some sort of pissing war, but I don’t care too much about moba games and their history. I got the DoTa2 beta and I’m not afraid to play it, but it has a different learning curve and the champions don’t intrigue me. Yeah you can deny creeps and have special stores and what not. I still enjoy LoL more at the moment. If you guys are willing to teach me the ropes on Dota2 I would more than gladly play it with you guys.
