All good, it’s just an opinion. I look at it from another perspective, I see people like Arnul as someone who couldn’t care less, he’ll troll people, and claim he’s just being funny. That’s not an attack on Arnul, that’s just who he is. Kinda like Raff. My point is, I think it’s impossible to draw a line. What would be the tournament organizers response if Luey comes up and says “Arnul is heckling me.” or “Raff is making fun of me.” or “Juicebox is dancing when doing his ultra.”
How can that realistically be handled? That’s all I’m saying I disagree with. I don’t see how anyone can handle those situations fairly, or prevent problems.

Good call on incorporating teams into the Ranbats. I think it’ll be a great way for us to not only practice teams, but to form them. Like, it might be worth pairing with multiple different people throughout the season to test out character choice and synergy, as well as personal chemistry (no homo).
I know very little about the specifics of recent events, but I’m sad to see the repercussions of them. Whether anything that happened up til now was warranted or not, it’s a damn shame.
I actually considered raccoon for this due to log trap, but stuck with nova. Anyway, I will go with purification then. I was between hole and pillar due to the different coverage each provides for spacing.
It’s not a property of the FGC, it’s true for pretty much any gaming community where Japanese players are generally significantly better than American players. That is to say…pretty much any type of game that has a presence in Japanese arcades: fighting games, music games, shmups, even stuff like TGM.
I hate weebs as much as the next guy (maybe more), but it’s not really dickriding to recognize that they quite often define top-level play.

Been there twice. Had a great time. Had some good times in this here America as well. It is usually good to not let idle chatter like that irritate you.
I’m sort of wondering how having a regular team tournament is going to work logistically with ranbats. What if your teammate can’t make it one week? What if you can’t make it the next? Teaming up with whoever happens to be available that week isn’t going to really work either, with the amount of familiarity (when to tag in, etc) that will be required between teammates.
