See the thing is not allowing someone to consummate their interracial marriage is law that breaks the law and is in violation of those people rights. The government is not trying to stop you from marrying your wife they are stopping you from harboring an illegal immigrant which she is because she hasn’t applied for citizenship. No matter how you fight it your relationship is illegal not because of race its due to your wife not being a legal immigrant and you being an Anchor husband .

People please don’t fall for what’s going on with this immigration law b/c the police need “Probable Cause” to ask you for your I.D (State I.D. or Passport or Drivers License etc…).

It’s a fact that AZ is having financial troubles like the rest of the country and if someone feels that their rights have been compromised then they can sue the state, it’s their right as a legal citizen to do so if they choose. Most of the Police are Hispanic there btw so it really wouldn’t be in their interest to break the law.

My grandparents came to this country from Italy and did it legally. I’m all for immigration b/c without it we’d all eventually be like the Amish, who in fact some do hire men to basically donate sperm the old fashion way to thin out the gene pool so they don’t end up with disfigured kids.

Now say if you were able to rally a huge crowd like what showed up in DC, there’s no doubt in my mind that they could overrun the drug cartels and handle their business. My grandfather and father both served and fought for the US, why is the entire population of Mexico unable to improve their situation? AGAIN, I do favor immigration…LEGAL Immigration

Another loophole that really needs reviewed is the thing with kids of illegals being born here as legal citizens. 2 wrongs don’t make a right ya know,lol.

Make legal immigration easier, crack down on businesses who hire illegals, slacken drug laws or go japan-style enforcement (not practical) to make illegal trafficking not worth it.

the law doesn’t say that you can be pulled over bcuz you appear to be a illegal immigrant, that’s what people think it means bcuz they’re too lazy to read it for themselves.

as i said before, they need a reason to be engaging a person beyond “he looks like an illegal immigrant”, but once they do engage that person if the suspicion arises they can press the issue…the best way to not be suspected of being an illegal immigrant is to show your ID with your given name on it as that is the first thing cops ask you.
