Dropped from 3.8k PP to 2.9k PP, in one session, one big long salty session. I can’t stay calm in matches and always struggle to input ex dp under pressure, losing to all sorts of players that I feel I would be beating in endless. Just playing really stupid in general.
It did not help that one of them sent “EASY” as a message.

@hehwat, no good Juri player does a lot of lk Senpusha in your face. You will be out of range for cr. HP or st. LK if it’s done correctly. My problem wasn’t with Senpusha anyway… Her back dash is annoying (started OSing sweep in my block strings to catch this) and her St. HP will hit if you backdash (especially hate this one). I played a ft20 last night and was getting owned (the guy had a 9 game streak on me at one point lol). It ended 20 - 19 (him) so I guess I shouldn’t be bitching too much. I learnt a lot about the matchup.
I forgot. Careful when trying to LK tatsu on Juri’s wakeup. I’m not sure if I mistimed it but she may be able to dash under your tatsu.
yea makoto can do that too but i doubt ppl have the balls to fwd dash on wakeup its just asking to get free meaty
Yeah, caught the crouch tech with the tatsu a few times, so he starts dashing under and doing ex Senpusha. So I start doing meaties with OS sweep to catch him lol. I was salty for a bit but it was a good set :]
I took another trip to the arcade yesterday and the timing is so different from my TV at home that I can’t even manage to connect otoshi after ex tatsu. I wish it was close enough that I could just go play there more often, but it’s like an hour drive through downtown LA and well… fuck that shit.

Go into training and practice combos until you can get them 9/10 times. You should be able to hit confirm after a lk tatsu. Use your anti airs more. Why do you jab > light tatsu?
because i cant combo into heavy punches or out of medium kick to save my life in a game. so i try to either keep people blocking and have them try to poke me out of it. Stupid but its better than spamming a lot of focus attack.

practice the cr lk > cr jab > mk or lk > shouoken as a hit confirm. I don’t see you using this. Doing jab to tatsu leaves you at 0 frame advantage and jab is 3 on startup so they can just jump out of it so I just suggest keep using st or cr jab. If you see something land then you can link to mk > sho.
Also, how long ago did you pick up Sakura? It’s probably just a matter of spending more time in training mode. Practice your hit confirms on the hardest difficulty computer and punish their unsafe moves. Then start incorporating this into online play.
