Yeah purp. I don’t think it’s a arc eye issue. I know they work. Just a matter of configuration and or firmware. Let’s keep our fingers crossed. I should get my ftdi cable in this week. Don’t know how to re flash the firmware or where to even get it

nope, you gotta use the arduino program and reprogram the sparky with the ftdi cable.

I was looking on the sparky website and all i see are the arduino files, but no instructions on how to upload the code…can you provide the link?
hmm… 32teeth seems to have taken down the old instructions that were there before… perhaps you can request it on his thread?
BTW, if you want to build custom headers for sparky or whatever, and dont know how, these pre crimped wires and headers are nice luxuries to have:

Also…is there a tutorial for installing the buttons themselves? I’ve never done it before and Google is bringing up a bunch of nothing.
I’m having the 3 kick light up issue as well. Takes alot of presses to even get that. Dunno what I’m missing. Everything is plugged correctly I believe
They go from red to green. And as long as I hold down any button, those three stay on

If I hold down lk,mk,hk they will after a few seconds light up red then green.
If I hold 3k or 3p it lights up the previous 3 after a few seconds.
If I press and hold down any other button nothing. But as long as I’m holding down any button they stay on.
If I hold down lp, first 3 kicks light up red then green after a few seconds and ten lp,mp light up yellow.
Same for mp
Hp turns blue by itself
If I go from any of the single punches and press something else I get different combos from 1blue, 2 yellow or 3 red.
All hesitate a few seconds(unless they are already on)
I’m thinking it needs a firmware reset. But at least I know they all work and turn on. Lol and I don’t think my wiring is to blame

either that, or you need to program a color scheme with the configurator… i dont know what focus attack handles their sparkies though, so you may have to post in their support thread

I know the feeling dude…Ive been trying to figure something out. I just PMed Mufasa and I hope he will help me out. If we are having the same issue, I will give you the low down as well!
apprecaite it man, right now im going through each connection because in training mode it said some of my buttons were pressing like 4 different buttons (when fixed the light up problem is still there)

woah… sounds like theres a short circuit somewhere… are you sure you didnt solder some of your button signals to ground by accident?
i tested the solder points before, and if i had wouldnt the lights be on constantly? No no they are soldered to the bottom row of the quick disconnect row. The problem only shows up if I connect the buttons to sparky as well. and only lp-mp, lk-PPP, and HK-KKK
also plugged the fightstick back up the way it is normally (while leaving the daisy chains etc for when i get sparky workin) and all buttons work just fine.
