I really pissed some people off with my driving shenanigans on the way home. I apologize to anybody who might have been in the vicinity at the time… I got a little loopy and decided to mess with some 90+ mph speeders… They got REALLY mad at me :sad: I feel bad now, but at the time I just thought I was goofing around.

Todd here; it was good talking to you today with Martin. To be honest we were a little hesitant with meeting up with the Columbus fighting game people but meeting you today as we said helped us have a positive opinion of the Columbus group. Even if we’re not always able to attend the Wednesday evening gatherings I think at least Martin and I plan to be more active in the Midwest forums.
That said, went 0-2 today, but it was good for getting used to the first-time jitters. King Chadwick played a really good Litchi, and Osirun provided a fun Rachel vs. Rachel matchup.
Were you the guy with the red-button SE or was that another Rachel? I forgot to get names.

Good shit on those Rachel mirrors. I’ve worked on Jin much more than I have her, but she’s still a lot of fun to use.
GG’s to all who played. Had fun getting beat up, but hey I think I’m improving so yeah. Learned a lot. Took some notes from that other Litchi player who was damn good. (forgot his name…) Also had a lot of fun with the casuals. Local is the way for sure, but I think it’s going to be some long sessions in practice mode for me to improve for next time. Sorry for ducking out on the GG players who said they’d show me the game, but I was starting to feel pretty terrible so I left. I should start adding Xbox people ITT to my friends list. It sucks getting no bar match after no bar match. (I have a damn good connection so idkwtf)

Hey guys this is JackG, just wanted to say thanks for a great tournament and venue. Also I noticed there was a camera set up on the projector, does that mean we can expect some videos coming up?
Not that I enjoy her much myself, but I felt a little bad for the V-13 finalist yesterday. He played solid throughout all the matches but everyone was pulling for Hakumen. Hopefully people don’t grow to hate the people playing V-13 - just the character and all the great options she has at her disposal.
We don’t hate the people who play V-13. Its just very exciting to see a “low teir” character that is the second worst character beat the crap out of the best character in the game.
The odds were stacked super high against Hakumen.
Josh had a super solid Nu and he played beautifully with her.
I heard the story on why he plays her, and he proves his point in some way. I don’t consider getting second place as “losing”. he pretty much showed us how nasty Nu can be
Oh, no doubt. After seeing the Bang player lose by just a tiny bit I figured he had a real uphill battle. That said he performed beautifully.

It sucks that I didn’t get to play any BB casuals. After the finals I went to eat and then 3S started. Pretty much everyone left afterward.
