Small question: Does anyone have any kind of confirmation as whether or if the RAPBOX edition of Aquapazza will also include everything that comes bundled with the Limited Edition of the game? This is really confusing me as I have the RAPBOX edition on reserve at Play-Asia and their unsure as to if everything in the LE is included with it. August 30th is now the release date
This will be an import buy(Highly doubt this game will get localized at all despite Japan popularity) for me since the fighter game looks fun(especially if you know the VN characters of AquaPlus) and its interesting(2 vs 2: 1 playable point character and 1 assist character) for a non-air dash anime fighter. The HD art sprites are also looking great, making me wish Melty Blood updated their graphics
glad p4u and aquapazza are not gonna directly compete now on release. Both Aquapazza and P4U are popular Japan arcade fighters at the moment which would only hurt both games selling potential if they tried to compete with each other (p4u would still sell better though)

I don’t think AP’s sales will effect P4U’s sales in Japan either, but perhaps I’m doubting the power of the sorry ass fucking otaku brigade over there.
Because that “otaku brigade” are the same people who enjoyed the OTHER countless doujin fighter that appeal inside Japan. (That game is WAY too Anime to appeal the west too get justified localization, hell even Melty which is a solid fighter would sell badly in the west) Japan is a different story
Obviously P4U will blow WaterPizza out of the water if they were going to compete(Especially since they are localized as well), but only in the Japan Sector would P4U would have had **ANY **form of direct competition from another anime fighter (which plays/looks completely different thus can give different appeals that p4u does not). Competition means P4U can’t monopolize the Japanese anime fighter enthusiasts which would cause to lose potential buyers who prefer the VN doujin fighter over p4u. The people who don’t simply buy both game on release would either buy one or the other. ( like i said p4u would get bought more on the same release day, but not 100% of the anime fighter consumers like they would have since Waterpizza takes potential buyers)
In the end the Japan sales of p4u and water pizza would not be AS high in Japan if they had just stayed away from each other a month away like AquaPlus suddenly decided (it could also be the online issues like they stated, however even they would know they would not come out as great if they decided to directly compete with p4u on release date)
