Congrats first of all. I had the UN32EH4003 model on both my my cabs previously. I upgraded to the UN32EH5000 for the 1080p for next gen games. Both monitors have the same amount of lag (1~2 frames of lag)

Depends on the speakers. Typically you want to have it screw in to place so the speakers remain solidly into place.
Get some transparent buttons, ether Transparent Sanwas, Seimitsu, or even game finger buttons.
You also have to get LED board inserts for each button. There are guides on here for this.
That is completely up to you.
Is it a self adhesive vinyl print, is it a paper print that laminated and glued on or is it paper underneath plexyglass.
Hell you can get a self adhesive vinyl print and follow up with plexyglass .

best way to put buttons, artwork, plexiglassā¦ so i imagine the buttons go over the plexglass?? i just would like someone to point me in the right direction in the assembly of this. i think i would put the artwork under the plexiglass and assemble the buttons over the plexiglass? does that sounds about right?
Yep, plexi on top of the art then snap-in the buttons on top of the plexi.
Hi guys, I decided to order a painted Kraylix from Kray now Iām looking for the parts Iām going to need to install on Cabinet once is finished. I already have pretty much everything except speakers and one more ps360+ pcb. Is anyone here selling a ps360+ pbc? Thanks in advance people.

Yeah arcadeshock have them in stock but theyāre expensive. Iām looking to save some money and perhaps buy a used one from a memberā¦

Is it really that much cheaper / worthwhile in the long run to pick up one of these kits than say a Chinese manuf āLā Vewlix?
It seems that as you go up the options ā¦ supply your owns screen etc, you may as well have saved up a bit more and gotten the real deal?
When installing fans on the back of the unit, should the fans both point outward, or should one fan point inward and the other outward?

I bought 7 of those Chinese Ls in a group buy. Great for JVS setups and consoles if you put an adapter board in there. They end up costing about $1700-$2000 each if you do 1 after shipping (to the port only), importing fees, customs fees, etc. (to many to list). Kray is about $500 cheaper than that when done. The Krays are nice (I have one) but are a bit heavy overall compared to the Ls and will require more up front work. The Ls arenāt exactly ready to go out of the box either as you will likely end up replacing a bunch of fans, modifying some wiring, swapping joysticks and buttons, etc.
FWIW, I think the Kraylix, if prepped in a classy gloss black, looks more passable as a piece of home furniture.
The industrial look of the actual metal cabinets would never fly for me in our small living quarters.

Hey guys, you think is possible to fit a different monitor than the asus for the kraylix slim?
