Anyone here bought a VEWLIX kit from KRAY?

Hi is there a PSD for the Kraylix V4 2player kit. I would like to design my own art work. Plus do anyone knows if he’s is still taking orders for the V4 2player kit. I emailed him like two days ago and still no reply. On his site he states that “All deposits are welcome but orders will be on hold until June 30.” but he’s been building these kits for a while can’t tell if this statement is as of this year 2014 or previous year statement.

The “stools” are from ikea. They are actually computer chairs. They are like $20. I just build them without the wheels and the backrest. They are perfect and come in a bunch of colors. http://m.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/art/40214117/

Oh dang, I’ve got one of those chairs, I didn’t even notice it. They are really good for a cheap chair.

Anyone have a copy of these files anywhere still?

Thanks in advance!

Any new artwork for USF4?

None of the file links are working anymore… help a brotha out!

What template do you want?

All!
Marquee, move list, and 2player CP!

Thanks in advance!

Probably a dumb question, but do you do all the sanding/painting after its put together or before? I’m getting a new place in a few months and would like to get as much work done on it so it’ll be as ready as possible before I move in. If I can get all the painting/sanding done now then when I move in a can just assemble it and be ready to go.

is Kray still building these? Very interested in buying one soon.

well, he’s been working on mine. he’s making me a pair exactly like these…

@bodine1231 I assembled mine into 3 main pieces, (which are shown on the assembly PDF he sent me), then sanded/primered/painted, and then assembled the rest together in my house.

@Charm‌ how much is that pair going to cost you? I remember Kray used to do these pedestal but no longer on his website.

@bodine1231‌ - I agree with @SmithTwoZero‌. Assemble the three pieces and prep/paint them separately. The one thing I recommend the bezel remains attached to the arch once its built. The arch is prone to cracking around the bondo/filler area if its not fully supported the entire time because of the shape / support system (or lack there of). Keeping the bezel in adds points of rigidity (at least on one side).

Additionally, wait a while after applying filler to sand and smooth and then paint so its fully cured. It should minimize the chances of cracking.

Anybody got the dimensions for an assembled 2-Player Kraylix? I need to know if it’ll fit through my front door.

I found this: http://customvewlix.blogspot.com/2011/04/updated-kit-v4-kraylix-custom-two.html
But I’m only seeing measurements for left to right, I’d like to know measurements front to back to see if I can get it through the door sideways.

Related question, can you easily detach/reattach the control panel to make it easier to get through tight spaces?

While I’d prefer a 2-Player, I might have to get the Slim model.

You can remove the control panel so no worries about moving after you build it…I would recommend buying 2 slims if you have the room. Much easier to find low lag displays.

I"m interested in Kray’s Vewlix, but I want to actually try it out before buying it, is there a way I can test one out. I live in Canada near Toronto, and Mississauga.

I get my 2 player cab from Kraylix next weekend. I have all of the parts covered minus the 32" TV. He recommends the UN32EH4003 which I’m leaning towards at the moment since so much latency information on TVs in the 32" range is incomplete or conflicting.

Has anyone gone with the 1080p 5000 model of the same TV? Or another TV entirely? Would you recommend what you’re running?

Hey guys I have a V4 and I’ve been looking for a moveset list for Ultra street fighter 4 that would fit in my kraylix. Anyone know where I can get one?

Like the above. I was wondering if there is any kind of archive for cabinet art that would fit a kraylix. Thank you
