That looks really good man. Is yours wired for 360/PS3? Am I going to need a home button for PS3 and the guide button for 360 somewhere on my panel?
no just xbox ,i hid the other start buttons and guides under the cp but i will be wiring 2nd player start to the coin slot
Help please, I really want to know how do you guys Attach the JLF stick to the control panel? any special screw? any tips?
i bought a ps360 from focus attack(they gettem from akishop, so you dont have to hassle with out of country shipping) and it was 44 $ plus shipping(5$). honestly, these imo are the best pcbs on the market, super small(abpout 1 1/2"x 2 1/2") and super easy to wire up, i mean extremely easy, i mean so easy a cave man can do it easy.
not knocking toodles boards but the ps360ās are better money wise and technical installation wise. for two your looking at about 100$ after shipping. where as for two madcats pcbs about 25$ each plus two of toodles at 25$ each plus wiring, soder and time for hackingā¦youāll go over a hundred dollars.
ps360 is the way to goā¦and i highly recommend buying from Focus Attack
great customer service and fast shipping.
Much thanks man Iāve heard nothing but good things about Focus Attack form friends so I will definitely be ordering from them. Glad to hear itās an easy install. Can you tell me tho am I going to need 2 360 guide buttons and 2 PS3 home buttons on the control panel?
underneath the plexi, you will see that the mounting is similar to any other joytick mounting situation. four 1/8" nuts and bolts about an inch long will work. its pretty easy.
Lol love your sig David hahaha
you wouldnāt need 2 seperate buttons just 1. when you are in 360 mode the button will act as guide. when you are in ps3 mode it will act as home. you will need another button mapped for Turbo though. the turbo button will allow it to switch consoles as it does not have auto detect. i believe the board itself is default to xbox 360 mode so you can just plug the usb to the xbox console. but if you want to use ps3 you would have to hold down the turbo button while plugging it into the console.
no. it will read guide as home and vice versa depending on what console is plugged in. as far as turbo, i have a turbo button but i have heard of guys mapping two extra wires off there start(four total) and running two to the start/ground terminal and two to the turbo/ground terminalā¦i havnt tryed it but in theory it sounds like it would work.
lolā¦thanks, idont think many people understand itā¦

I know this is an oxymoron but can anyone point me in the right direction towards the absolute best 32 inch lcd on the market in terms of lag? I know the Panasonic Viera TC-L32X1 is supposed to be the best but I canāt find one anywhere. Seems liek a lot of the good ones people reccomend are no longer available anywhere.
i have tc l32 u22 and i can say it works perfect . i notice zero input lag at all but i hate that it has no standard audio out just high grade optical outs (i want to use a old receiver to save some cash)
hey guys, here is a panel i did for my brothers vewlix clone. i redid the red to better match his cab, the red he printed and posted pics of is the wrong red.

I got the 32" LG LD350, im using VGA cables for my 360 & works amazingā¦HDMI seem slight lag & component very minimal, if youāre casual you probably wouldnāt even notice itā¦Once i switch to VGA though i seem to be able to react better, can catch Blanka super w/ my SPDās w/ better percentageā¦
work looks great guys
Canāt wait for mine to arrive.
Ah, I see. I am only thinking about a CP. For that reason I would want a DC converted. I emailed that company. I read the entire thread where you detail most of the other questions. I know if you have a big enough battery you can ātieā 2 EL panels together so I asked for a 5x27 for the moveset.
Did they pre cut those holes for you? If so that is epic.
Yeah, I asked them to add the holes where they were shown in the specs. But here is something to keep in mind when dealing with the guy Iris who takes the orders. They seem to take the measurements only in centimeters. So keep that in mind. I have no idea whyā¦but it took me a while to basically understand that before I placed my order. so if your asking for 5X27 inchesā¦it would be 12.7 cm by 68.6 cm.
Itās totally messed upā¦but I just sent him the specs Kray gave me for the control panelā¦gave him my measurements and asked for the holes to be cut. I got the entire panel perfectly cut with all the holes removed including screw holes. All the cutting was done by laser so the edges were cauterizedā¦so no need for sealing edges.
For the main panel, I think it would be easier to get the same guy and have him send me the same EL panel. The only issue is powering the thing. AC isnt going to work for me. My little ones will be on this. I have seen other makers basically power it with a huge inverter. Wāell see how it turns out. Did you ever decide how you were printing your art and where?
