Phoenix Wright is not even good at all, He’s usually killed by the time you get the evidence.
From what I can see, Pheonix Wright is jus a joke. I saw the assist me, and he dose’nt seem like a reasonable character.

I wasn’t into the Marvel scene until a few months ago. I was at a superstore and saw mvc3 on sale for 17 bucks. I had to get it.
Although I think UMvC3 is the superior game overall, vanilla’s still fun. Invincible assists and DHC glitch FTW!
I think you guys have convinced me to get umvc3. But I won’t break my disc. Might sell it to a friend.
Haha, I know it’s not the usual logic for the average fighting game player.
Let me put it like this: I never played MVC because of the gameplay or the balance. I’ve always played this series for the art style and the character designs. Now, since Ultimate has an inferior character roster for my taste, it automatically becomes the worse game. Especially since MVC3’s character roster was like a dream come true for me.
Plus, gameplay-wise, Vergil seems more infuriating than either Phoenix or Wolverine to me from the looks of it, haha.
Keep your disc. You never know when you might want to play it again.

I don’t see how the exact same roster plus twelve new characters makes for an inferior roster, though.
And as retarded as Vergil is, you can’t get more stupid than Phoenix or Wolverine in Vanilla. Or, for that matter, Tron/Haggar assist. Or the DHC glitch.

I’ve inly played mvc2 a few times at some friends house. I think Cable, Storm and Magneto are worse than Phoenix and Wolverine.
