They are dead fucking wrong. It’s more like 8-12 characters.
And figuer, Wolverine is not that absolute OP anymore, him and his butt buddy Akuma got nerfed anyway. Everyone stopped using Phoenix Wright and not a lot use Frank anymore either.
Ah I see. I know how that is, hence why I don’t really play ranked. Strider and Morrigan are like that, and by that I mean lack of having people who are actually good with them. You know, like Ammy. They’re around, but no one even knows how to use them besides using one move or tactic.
I don’t see strider and of I see morg they usually just dash forward S mash L about 20 times
i play vanilla from time to time simply because it’s the version where you can block while airdashing
then someone picks tron assist and you remember why ultimate is a somewhat better game
I know, I know, haha. I am complaining about Wolverine because I still play MVC3, and he is a problem there.

The airdash change was a good change. It helped make keepaway a viable strategy. Most of the cast has ways to mitigate this now anyway. Ammy has weapon change mid air, most air dash characters have a quick flight, etc. It isn’t slightly better. It is infinitely better. Vanilla was so ridiculously stupid with DHC glitch, phoenix, invincible assists. There is bs that can make the game more enjoyable, and there is some bs that just should never exist. Mashing on assist 1 the entire game, or landing 0 hits and still getting to dark phoenix because you play high health characters and meter build was outrageous in that game, is just incredibly derp. Not to mention anyone killing thor off a grab with the dhc glitch herpa derp derp
Nah. I don’t think I will ever be getting it, haha. Like I said, Phoenix and Frank did ruin the game for me. Ever since they were leaked, I lost interest in getting the game, forever. It’s not so much the characters being picked a lot or not, it’s more that they ruined the series’ art atyle for me. Just knowing that they are in the game would make me feel that I’m playing Super Smash Brothers instead, haha.
But oh well, at least surprisingly tere’s still a lot of people who play vanilla online. With that said, if anyone’s up for adding an MVC3 buddy on PSN, add N1KF1.

Question: Why do people complain about Wolverine? I have never had a problem with him online. Explain? I know that if your up against him first, he will always get the best of you, but thats not enough to call him OP.
Spencer is so damn slow in comparison to vanilla to ultimate, it’s almost funny.
He was the biggest fuck joke of an s tier character in almost any fighting game. He was so insanely derpy with invincible beserker slash.

You know whos worse that wolvi? Pheonix. She is the best character iln the game after she goes dark pheonix. She doubles her damage, her normals become projectiles, and if u use xfactor, its game over. Her keepaway is so OP. She can keep full screen distance on teleporting characters. She is literally god.

Eh, Phoenix has lower Stamina, So just pull out Nova and crank dat Nova Force for Old Man Status.
