I heard a rumor Togashi won’t stop playing Dragon Quest long enough to finish HxH, not sure how true.
If he’d finish, I’d gladly give it the title of the best shonen of all time lol

Haha thats funny. The meme is that Muira won’t finish Beserk because he’s too busy playing Idol Master lol.
I’ve always heard that rumor but I don’t believe it. Based on how grueling the schedule is, I have trouble buying it. I honestly believe it’s more health related. I’ve seen too many schedules posted by different Manga artists to believe this. I’d like to believe maybe he gets some gaming in but mostly it’s about getting mentally and physically better to dive into these nutty schedules.
I know their are Manga books/magazines that don’t run weekly. I’m surprised Japan hasn’t gotten to a better model. What’s the benifit of doing weekly if you are basically sacrificing creativity, skill and health?
Japan don’t seem to care much about employees health, gotta get those numbers. I think Togashi would be better off making a detailed guideline & lettin someone else do the leg work to preserve himself. An apprentice or assistant
I’ve seen a theory that kishimoto basically didn’t do the end of naruto. Because the art in boruto and the end of naruto look very similar.
I heard that because he and his spouse are already rich due to their past successful manga plus how popular HxH already is he isn’t going all out with the unhealthy hours other manga artists seem driven to put out for the weekly content.

If its for health reasons, i understand even if I seem salty. But damn, can we get more than 10 chapters every 2 years?

He’s always health issues which is one of the reasons why he ended yuyu. He apparently could have gone longer for it.
I feel for anyone who still stays current with stuff like One Piece, Hajime no Ippo and Berserk. Those will never end.
One Piece and HnI actually get consistent releases though. And OP especially, as long as the author doesn’t die, I’m pretty sure it’ll finish. Oda is a pretty intense author apparently

Hajime no Ippo is so damn irritating and I gave up on berserk.
The clip shows the continuation of Ooarai’s fight against BC Freedom as they enter bocage territory, and Ooarai uses the similarly-shaped turret of their Char B1 bis tank to BC Freedom’s Somua S35 to sow dissent.

Black Clover ultra generic. Hope i can atleast get some good action scenes out of it atleast

I describe Black Clover and Fairy Tail as popcorn anime/manga. The fluff is enjoyable (ie some story beats and characters) but no substance or true depth.
It gets close on some back story stuff but overall don’t expect it to be great compared to literally most franchises already out there.
I read Black Clover cause the art of the girls is

Fairy Tail went all in with the ecchi as the series was ending. Some of the OVAs would been better served as hentai.
