A Channel was a shameless plug to sell character songs and CDās. You donāt need a damn insert song every episode, sometimes even two per episode (often for no real reasons other than ājust causeā. Oh what, sitting around in a class room? Insert song time!). The very first episode when you barely even know the characters thereās an insert song for a montage of them happily going to school (as if youāre suppose to care for them at this point, who are these kids again?) and right before the damn ED. Who the hell even thought itād be a good idea to have these two things back to back? You really wanna sell CDās that badly now, that youād devote a 5 min block strictly to it? Even for a cute girls doing cute things type show, a lot of the jokes were repetitively flat. If only they spent all that effort on selling insert songs into improving the actual show itself, Iād be a lot more happier with it.
Only thing it had going for it was that I liked the OP, but thatās round it. When you go as far as plastering the actual CD single in it (complete with cover jacket for plug-in of the artist), thatās when you know they really want you to buy them CDs.
Really good episode of Majestic Prince. I think that anime has some of the best mech fight scenes that Iāve ever seen 
Also liking the internal conflicts and politics w/ the villians that are shown.
Well I skipped passed all the songs so it wasnāt a problem for me. I guess I just watch slice of life shows easily, they donāt really bother me in terms of being good or bad.
Also, Jesus Christ am I reading this right? A channel came out spring 2011, I probably watched more anime that season than the last 4 seasons combined.
