On the topic of TTGL, I donât understand why the hate for the ending. It wasnât exactly the ideal ending but I like how Gainax decided to do a bitter sweet ending rather than the expected happy ending. Actually, everyone should have expected a curve ball at the end because it was a Gainax show. Very seldom does Gainax do happy endings.
I donât think anyone wasnât expecting some stupid shit from Gainax for an ending, but that didnât mean the end result was any less stupid.

Has anyone been keeping up on the anime Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet. Iâm really liking the show right now even those aside from the beginning of the first episode and the pirate episode there hasnât been any big fights or anything. The show and the setting gives me a Star Ocean vibe. Idk if it gives anyone that kind of vibe.

I can sort of see that RPG-esque feel with the series and I donât mind the slow pacing thus far but I do hope the series goes somewhere with this. I just donât want a case of them taking their sweet time to get into the meat of the story only to rush it because they didnât have enough episodes left.
It wasnât that stupid to begin with. I can understand your points in your previous posts but the reasoning why Simon left it be was also valid, imo. He didnât want to cross that line of reviving the dead for his own personal means; it would have also meant that he could have brought back other dead characters, and I doubt that would have sit right with people.
The running titan in episode 6 was Steven Seagal.
