Yeah, that was probably the only reason why they managed to let Kaede look for her father in the city. For a master planner, Maverick didn’t count on having people outside of the heroes who still remember what Kotetsu really is. I wonder how Kotetsu would be able to face against all of the heroes now that he called them out.

So Enishi and Takako are tying the knot and Ohana suggests that their wedding would take place in the inn. We also get some serious drama again relating to Minko thinking that Ohana’s character’s got everyone’s attention, especially Tohru’s, and argues with her at the bath, ultimately leading to straining their relationship right back to when it was at the start. Ohana’s grandmother gives Takako her old wedding ring in show of approving her marriage to her son, but she doesn’t intend to let Enishi inherit the inn. I guess she has her plans for Ohana already.
In before FunkyP says how Ohana is finally “getting what she deserves”.

This resulted in the largest load of crap flinging that anime has ever witnessed; and even the warriors Balmung Fezalion and Issac Schneider managed to throw their crap too.

I placed an order on BGS a week earlier than the DM, but that seller hasn’t responded to a question in over a week so I messaged her for an update on it since it says she still hasn’t shipped it yet…it’s been over a week. If you have it in stock, you don’t take that much time to ship something. Anyway, if she doesn’t respond to my 2nd message, I’m cancelling it altogether and ordering a BGS from hobbyjapan.
My other friends are telling me to get the BRS Original as well. I would except I can’t find any place that has one…

I hope that by the time they do the 2nd anime, they would already be developing a BRS (THE GAME) scale figure… those black mecha-like wings look kinda cool.
I actually don’t care for BRS’s design in any form at all lol. BGS is my fav, DM second. I know there is a game ver. figma for BRS coming out but there’s no word of a scaled figure yet.

I just checked it out and it’s only 15 minutes long? Even the 1080p quality of UTW’s translation is only about 600 MB. Those better be 15 well spent minutes when I watch it.
Like I said before, the BGS is expected to arrive… eventually… that DM is my very first figure. I used to hate figurines before because the ones I see lacked so much detail, until I saw the BRS Original. That’s when I got into these plastic pieces of art lol. There are a few other figures I really like and potentially want, mainly because of the high-detailing or delicate look, like the VN02 Hatsune Miku…
I also wanted to get either a Black Blade BRS or the BRS Original…
You know what though? After gleaming at the BRS Original, I’ve set my standards in Figurines so high that I already dislike flat plain bases…I mean, look at DM’s. That’s so freakin’ cool it doesn’t even LOOK like a base anymore!
Aside from that, I know of the figma too, but I dislike figmas because joints look ugly. No word on a scale figure, yes, but the BRS franchise strives off the merchandise alone (my perception anyway), so to not make more figures would be a stupid move by Good Smile, since without a doubt there will be more than a handful of people willing to pre-order any incoming BRS figurines (possibly including myself)…I’m expecting there will be something announced closer to January or later. A man can dream, can’t he?
Good man, The VN02 is AMAZING in person. I really love that figure(even before I got into Vocaloids), and the song it’s from is badass too.
I don’t have that Saber Lily, but I do have the other two Toda-sculpted Sabers and they are pretty much my favorite Sabers. Them, and his Dark Sakura, amazing figures. Dudes attention to detail is astounding and the nice paint variation really brings them to life.
Yeah luckily nowadays plain bases are becoming alot rarer, heck just 3 years ago it would’ve been hard to get a figure that had any sort of interesting base.
Also the BRS “franchise” isn’t even really much of a franchise yet since it’s not based on any anime or anything. Figures were the first licensed product to come out though I think. But with the recent OVA and the upcoming TV series, plus the game, I doubt the figures will be a main source of income very soon. At least on their own anyway.
They had some really interesting points despite being assholes, such as that whole circle jerk mentality on alot of anime fandom sites, and that avoidance of ever stepping on someones toes(the same reason I don’t even post on that figure collection site outside of sales and actual friends). There’s some interesting articles on that blog, often times inflammatory, often times half joking, but not without point. I don’t necessarily agree with all their points, but the mere fact they are bringing up points that may even offend other people while promoting discussion is already great.
Really wanted to see what some of you think about the stuff they talk about. I know a lot of us in here don’t really agree on the same shit, but overall we are still friends(I’d like to think at least) so I think we could get something out of this.
I feel like reading this blog will help me get over getting offended when someone doesn’t like something I like sometimes lol
I’ve been meaning to ask, where do you buy your figurines from? I only know of HLJ, HobbySearch and a NAVI-TO (A Good Smile Distributor).
I’m keeping my eye on NAVI-TO of all other places first since it’s based in Toronto, where I live so shipping/handling fees will obviously be lower and delivery time will be significantly shorter. Problem with NAVI-TO is that they run out of stock very quickly and the only chance you really have of buying anything is preordering stuff and there isn’t anything new I want at the moment.
Aside from that, I’m currently watching Steins;Gate, and love it to no end.

About Colony Drop: Well, I liked their two cents regarding Madoka, even if I don’t agree with some of their thoughts on what’s being predictable or not. Their article on Danny Choo might’ve sounded a bit sensationalist, but I don’t know if it’s mostly in jest and neither do I know much about that guy at all. In general though, it seems like their posts are a little less of the conventional side when it comes to blogging, but as long as it isn’t taken way too seriously/or gets offended, it’ll be just like any group of critics on a medium.

Well this was pretty much worth the wait. I knew with Seto no Hanayome’s director handling this that the comedy would be well done; and it showed with these two episodes. The 1st features the F/SN crew and whole different take for the Holy Grail war as a game show; while the 2nd features the Tsukihime cast playing beach volleyball to win the coveted prize of having some time alone with Shiki; and with MB references everywhere.
Also, the Nekos being Nekos and Taiga destroying the animation budget with her dojo antics.
Oh I haven’t gotten around to setting it. Also kind of debating just a still picture or buying prem for a better moving one. Haven’t decided yet man. Didn’t mean to ignore you man.
