Errr… Kyoto arc is in the manga dude, in the anime it is adapted up til Ep. 62.
Ep. 63 onwards is garbage filler.
The manga did continue after the Kyoto arc, but my memory of it is rather fuzzy since I had read it years ago. All I remember is that one of the villains Kenshin and co. fought was Venom (and no I am not making this up).

Never saw Kenshin…missing something there? Saw parts of it and i think i saw the movies yet never saw fully the whole series.
R. Kenshin was a popular series during the late 90s and among the various popular animes that got dubbed and released in the US.
The series has good action and some neat character designs. If you’re gonna watch it, stop at Ep. 62. After that watch the OVAs (read about them in Wikipedia). Ep. 63 onwards are among the most craptastic fillers ever in an anime series, which caused the anime to be canceled.
Redline was pretty awesome but the holy shit what an acid trip.
