It is sad that said guy had to apologize to the fans of the show since apparently they were too dense to read the mood of the show and got thrown for a loop. Gonna take a wild guess and say that damn near everyone dies like Gantz or some shit, but I don’t wanna ruin it by going on wiki like I did with Deadman Wonder Land even though I already knew what was up from the one smile.
Yeah the goofy character design makes it look funny but when you watch the show everything comes of real creepy, and not in the why are they showing this tweens boobs creepy that you usually get, but geniune shit is unsettling type creepy.
Catogorizing it as anything other than a magical girl show would just ruin the surprise for people wouldn’t it?
If you put that for Madoka then there are other Magical Girl anime that it fits as well. Especially Nanoha, but I’m sure you know that with Cyber-dyCOUGHSubaru as your avatar.
Didn’t Homura only know Madoka for a week before she started doing her thing? I won’t say Homura definitely wanted that Madonkadonk, but it’s arguable. I’m sure SHAFT wanted it to be arguable at the least.
I was going to put Nanoha with yuri, but Madoka has a ridiculous amount of subtext and fanart that I couldn’t but not put yuri for Madoka and not Nanoha.
Did a new TWGOK come out this week? Certainly hope it’s not on a random delay like a certain mangaby a certain person.
Man Tiger and Bunny is a show that embraces everything wrong with current day TV…and yet some how its really good. I’m very confused but enjoying the show none the less.
