No Hanasasku Iroha this week? I am sad.
Besides the aliens it kinda freaks me out to think that we are almost to that level of technology right now.
Anybody have Ghost In the Shell 2: Innocence on blu-ray?
Japanese vs US vs Euro vs Hong Kong release?
Prices are all over the place…seriously, $150 for US release?
I see the HK release for $27 on play-asia…is it legit/decent?

Thoughts/advice?
There was an episode this week.
Hanasaku Iroha 15
[details=Spoiler]
Turns out that Yuina in the end had a shortsighted view in what she wants to do in the future after having that heart to heart talk with Yosuke and helping him out with cleaning the women’s bath. Pretty nice (though expected) of Ohana and eventually her friends to help out with the inn. Next week looks to be a Jiromaru centric episode. [/details]
Tiger and Bunny 15
Spoiler
Poor Sky High. To think his one chance in getting love comes in the form of an android whose combat capabilities heighten during the presence of heroes. Not to mention how he eventually got to destroy her in the end. Also, Kotetsu permanently losing his Next powers + the return of Lunatic in the next episode might make things a bit more intense for the title duo.
Gintama 216
Spoiler
So we’re back to some good old humor in this** **episode, where this time Kagura invites a friend of hers with a bunch of other kids to view the activities of the Yorozuya. Unfortunately, their attempt in making themselves look cool hardly worked out for one kid, especially with their premiere product the “Patriot”, which is toilet paper and tissue boxes attached onto a stick. Other members of society didn’t have luck with the youngin’s either, including Hijkata and Tsukuyo. Which made them in the end collaborate with the Yorzuya to send the kids to a factory tour of the Patroit for some bizarre results.
Of course, the kids didn’t even care in the end and were hardly impressed either.
the Cassherm sins i got isnt working. so i decided to start watching monster. Its on netflix, and its subbed which is pretty awesome. Im only on ep. 3 but so far i like it. its def different then alot of other animes i have seen
Regarding Hanasaku Iroha, I haven’t even seen any raws yet. Strange.
Uh, yeah, there was already discussion of ep 15, and FunkyP confirmed himself as brain damaged.
I don’t even see anything to download on TT though.
Well, keep in mind the series was released in 1994 so it’s entirely possible the stuff you saw first is newer than it.
It looks legit, and I’ve never known PA to sell bootlegs. I’d personally take the risk, but I have no prior knowledge of this release so don’t blame me if it’s fake lol
TT search is kinda broken lately. Doesn’t always pick up the latest stuff. Just go tot he pain page and look for it carefully.
Shura from Ao no Exorcist is so fucking hot. Need doujins of her ASAP. Liking Sacred Seven so far. No.6 - The yaoi is strong with this one. Hope that doesnt keep up the rest of the series.
Monster is in a virtual tie for LOGH as my personal favorite anime of all time. Warning: every episode will make you want to watch the next one. Every. Single. One. Good luck finding a stopping point.
NIggas, translation be interpretation yo
Good and bad be mad subjective, just like that meaning joint…y’all gotta give props to them translating peeps cause they be equally involved in the artistic vision.
Yuru Yuri was good. It Burned through a lot of issues/strips.Reading the manga kinda stole the thunder. . Anyway, hopefully episode 2 reaps the whirlwind.
Halfway through the first episode.
Zing!
nigga when 早く何とかしな人 (hayaku nantoka shina hito.) Is translated to, “yo, I heard you like fail, so we put some fail in your fail, so you can facepalm while you facepalm,” it’s not interpretation, or translation. It’s straight up, saying something 100% different in a way that’s the direct opposite of translation, because japanese doesn’t even have a remote concept of any of that 4chan vomit that even only “some” Americans would know. Even people who don’t know a word of japanese can tell that they don’t mean the same thing, and that’s just one of hundreds of examples.
Nigga, you’ve activated my trap card.
Not a translation is not a translation. Translation is still interpretation and the translators are still co-authors of the work they are translating.
The iDOLM@STER anime first episode was pretty good. It is keeping faithful to the game and the art is just phenomenal. Can’t wait for the second episode.
Yeah, that’s true.
Iroha #1-4: Hmmmm the first word that comes to mind when I think of this series is cute. I see why you guys relate it to Kaleido Star. Going to try and catch up now.
Blood C: Seemed like a typical scenario. I didn’t find the show as boring as most people have, but I wouldn’t say it was great either. Maybe because I went in with low expectations, they were easily met.
I’m guessing this is the heavily censored one. I’m not sure if this will get a Director’s Cut like all of the other guilty pleasure fanservice anime-though I would hope.
Holy shit GIANT CENSOR BARS EVERYWHERE!!!
Deleting this ish.
I’m so sorry:[. Oh well, it’s not as bad as opening up a well drawn doujin to find out it’s…
