Well the entire education system has been perverted for the worse anyway.
It’s even less about critical thinking than it has been before and more about memorizing information that isn’t remotely relevant (fucking half my history book in highschool was flat out lies. English was a waste of time as I was already reading regularly anyway. And science was fun only because we spent most of the class roasting each other for being fuckups).
Honestly the only thing schools teach at a halfway decent level is math, and that’s because most of that shit is memorization of certain rules that help with specific formulas.
So. There’s no money in teaching (Doesn’t stop women, but does stop most men from considering it) There’s no incentive to teach when they’ve handicapped teachers into a rigid structure for how they should teach and for how long (lesson plans) and add on the not so subtle social stigma of any man being near kid (s).
As for the police. Look down here in Louisiana where I’m at it costs 25 to 30 dollars an hour to hire police. Unless that shit is a private school schools cannot not afford that unless the city/parish pays for it. Even down here there’s around 3-4 high schools within a 20 minute drive of each other.
That’s a lot of fucking money. And as I said before if they dont have the money, they’d rather take their chances (unless it’s a school with known gang violence in the area, then the police act more as a deterrent then go straight the fuck home after school lets out).
