Thatās not at all where @Preppy was going with that. If Clinton was elected, weād have a continuation of the status quo. Politics would just be background discussion up until 3 months before an election cycle. With Trump, heās gotten people to speak more openly about politics daily, which is how it should be. His ignorance actually helps guide some pretty heated discussion on issues that may not have gotten as much attention. The great thing about this information age is that everything can be recalled in a fraction of a second, allowing politicians on both sides to be held accountable for the things said. People are taking the time to understand what these people in DC actually do and can now see them for who they really are. Given this administrationās approach to take down mainstream media allows for people to seek out the truth. This will create a more informed electorate thus creating a better legislature. In a very twisted way, Trump could be one of the best things to happen in politics.
