That’s interesting: can I get a citation on that? I don’t think the science backs you, but maybe you know something I don’t. Delightful article:
Btw brett passed 7 fbi investigations, how many more does he need to pass before you’re satisfied?
At what point did these allegations come out? Cuz I’d suggest that any that occurred before this current bullshit was known can’t reasonably be counted. So I think your revised answer is that there was one investigation which seems to have been deliberately half-assed.
I don’t know why this shit had to be done in public to fuck up everybody’s life. Hold the nomination, sort shit out, come back to him in triumph or move the fuck on. Ramming him through is a dick move to all concerned.
That investigation was definitely limited to a certain extent. What matters is what is written on paper that approves the FBI investigation not what Trump says on Twitter.
I don’t like Kavanaugh. He showed that he isn’t non-partisan and has an attitude that isn’t approved by previous justices.
Edit: Kavanaugh’s 50-48 confirmation is the lowest in SCOTUS history (two votes were withdrawn) U.S. Senate: 404 Error Page
really? these people claim they enjoy it when someone is “telling it like it is” and not being politically correct. they claim they’re not snowflakes who need a safe space because they don’t indulge in identity politics. they say they only care about facts not feelings. wait…have these people been lying the entire time? shocking.
She’s not really wrong. Big state v. small state wasn’t an issue at the country’s birth, but the majority of the Southern state population being slaves was. James Madison put the compromise in, and it skewed elections almost immediately. I wanna say that with the exception of John Adams, the first presidents were all slave-holding Virginians, which had the biggest slave population.
Yep, and Dinesh knows she knows that, but crafted his tweet in such a way that he gets her look foolish to the semi-informed. Very deliberate move on his part, and clear evidence (as if you needed any) that he isn’t actually interested in any sort of intellectual exchange but rather just wants to score easy points with his target audience.
It is fair to say that if Hillary won under the same pretenses, it’d be “Welp, that’s how things worked”.
I do think that such an exchange with the electoral college could be reviewed.
This is the main reason why internet discourse is basically nonexistent. You only make points to “OWN” the otherside without trying to add any substance. People are going to think he’s some sort of badass by making that tweet.
Twitter was never meant to be used for this. It was meant to shoot off quick thoughts and pet pictures, not national political discorse. The fact it has is fucking retarded.
Dinesh is one of those Shin Akuma-level dudes who thinks the liberal disease must be exterminated at all costs, so this is right up his alley. He’s also a moron who committed one of the dumbest felonies ever when he illegally donated to a campaign, cried that he was being politically persecuted, then cried again when he was found unequivocally guilty.
He got pardoned because he’s such a loyal Stan, and I think that’s the problem with pointing out basic hypocrisy: they don’t care. Dinesh will still use his case as an example of republican witch-hunting, and it doesn’t matter if you point out how full of shit he is because he will never face consequences.
