Well they did cut their frames down to about half to make them fit in. Course, it doesnt help when you have to scale up the Alpha/Vampire characters to make them the same size as the 3s/Warzard characters, and it looks like you did it with MS paint (compare Guy in CJE to any Alpha for example).

However, I WAS a little disappointed with HSF2’s lack of ‘fictitious’ modes for characters.
I thought it would be fun to try the WW bosses out (Dictator with two different headstomp followups and assloads of Psycho Crusher startup? Sagat sans Tiger Knee? Seem like interesting modifications to me) or the New Challengers in HF/earlier mode (oh what fun to choose normals to axe there… maybe different special commands as well?).
Ah well. Here’s hope to a ‘HSF2 Turbo’ to give us these options…

Ah, there was some talk of if the different revisions of each game would be included earlier, looks like they are I suppose. Very cool!
He also talks of “customizing stars”, so there IS a Darkstalkers Collection-esque Dipswitch table! SWEET!!

My copy was shipped on Friday (19-5-06, couple of days ago) from Play-Asia. I am guessing some stores in HK must be selling the game early since P-A shipped early.
I thought the same thing but the I think about how pretty much every version of the Alpha/Zero series came out pretty much identical except for character names, but you never know with capcom.:wonder:

Maybe I misunderstood, but are the arcade revisions selectable? Like, I remember a version of Alpha 1 (and some combo vids, too) where Charlie could cancel out of his crouching forward and roundhouse. The were a lot of different cancels and what not in that version…
