I google searched Chemuru and managed to find some vids I linked from youtube to SRK, but they’ve all been removed “due to terms of violation.” 
There’s only a couple matches of him playing on youtube and they’re not as good.
You can find some his vids in a Japanese video site, “nico nico do-ga” http://www.nicovideo.jp/
But, all in Japanese (even to search) and a registration is needed.

You type in the search for related tags, like in youtube. They’re mostly in Japanese so if you want to find a specific player, check out the Japanese Player database thread in the General Strategy section.
Above the search box, you see,
???>keyword
??>tag
Just type “3rd” as a tag, and you find a lot of 3rd vids. With “???”, you’ll find what you want
Why won’t it let me log-in? I know I’m typing my name and password correct. I even reset it to make sure I didn’t type it in wrong the first time, but when I log in there’s some red text at the bottom like it’s wrong.

Holy… is that the real C13? I find it strange that Makoto players aren’t asking that. Maybe all the joke accounts on SRK in the past couple years have made skeptics out of everyone, and rightfully so, I guess.
I’ll be honest and say that I’ve been kinda skeptical as well. I dunno, it’d be cool if he was the real deal, but he hasn’t really been trolling us here so who knows.
Plus, I bet a lot of people aren’t questioning because they don’t know who C13 is.

Hey, I have a question, what’s the timing on her kara RH fukiage? I can do kara LK pretty efficiently, but I have yet to get her RH kara out even once. Is it standing, command forward or crouching? I’ve even tried slowing down FBA and even going as far as frame advancing to try to do it, but I just can’t. Am I doing something wrong, is the timing particularly strict, or what?
The input is F,D,DF, neutral HK->MP. The timing is the same as a normal karathrow, and not her LK kara(which I’m assuming you’re kara-ing after it sticks out).
Yeah with LK I have just enough time to input the motion after I do LK. Guess I’m gonna have to practice on this one. Thanks!
No prob. The double Fukiage juggle is one of the harder tricks to do in 3S for me, as I’ve only managed to do it once at the arcade. It’s easier on Elena and Q since you just have to kara off LK.

Oh that is excellent thanks! But I have another doubt, I read somewhere that some of the characters need to have the first fukiage kara’d, some characters the second fukiage kara’d, and some characters, none at all. Where can I find a list of that? Or is this false?
As long as I know, for Necro, Alex, and Hugo, no kara-fukiage is needed.
For Ibuki and Oro, both the first and second need to be kara’d.
The other, only the first kara-fukiage is needed.
As written by Aku, Elena and Q are completely different.
elena and Q you do hk~fukiage then lk~fukiage with no dash inbetween
