Ok based solely on what i’ve seen in trailers and the last 4 pages of this thread: I’ve pieced together pretty much exactly what this movie is going to be like, all its twists, and how it’ll end.
I had made a large and detailed spoiler-riffic post in spoiler tags, but decided not to put it up(sigh) because i remembered how the scrubtacular spoiler tags work. Anyone opening this thread without a lightning fast connection is going to going to see everything for about 4 seconds until the page is finished loading, and the damn tags actually perform their intended function.
Overall, i’m pleasantly surprised. Upon first hearing of the flick i was expecting just another take on the Alien’s franchise. Which after all these years would be 50/50 on the cool/boring level depending on how well they did it.
However, this introduces enough fresh new content and intrigue into the Alien’s universe to make it well worth watching and a hit. I give it two thumbs up :tup::tup:
I read your comment looked back at the poster and realized, in all the trailers I never noticed their ship Prometheus crashing into Spacejockey ship. :wtf:
