Not sure who I played today around 1:30, but those were some fun games. I was playing Fuerte/Ryu.
no gunz casuals tonight, a few of us are heading to cams tonight.

Got in a few SF4 matches tonight around 8:30, got my ass handed to me, but still enjoyed it. Good stuff.
Had to fix up dinner pretty late so I missed ya Risingtied.
Got there later when just one guy playing Ryu was playing. Passed along to him some of the most annoying things that I hate in the Ryu matchup, which he definitely picked up quick.
Forcing yourself to work harder for the win, I figure that’s what we should be allowing ourselves to do.
So you were the guy I was playing hhehehehe. Thanks for the tips man. I very new to that sf4 but wait until I master every single move. I am going to be more annoying than anything hahaha. Very good games man. I liked the chun-li super going through my “ultra” whatever it’s called, nice!

Good stuff, Ryumexicano! When I played you I could definitely tell you must have played old school SF. I’m usually there on Thursdays late, and random times throughout the week since I’m just a minute away.
I never know what the best time to find tons of competition, but there is plenty in OC.
Another trip to Cameron’s, another ass beating. Ah well, it’s all good. One day i’ll get better. Was there today around 1PM…the only white guy there, so I’m kinda hard to miss.
How do you guys feel about a Singles Tournament on Saturday the 14th?
The reason I’m not holding it on a Sunday like I usually do is because I have work on every Sunday except Thanksgiving weekend. I rather not hold a tournament on Thanksgiving weekend, sorry.

Player cap is still going to be at 32 and everything else is still the same.
To the owner or the person in charge,
First of all let me say I think this little arcade is super cool. It’s old school with a lot of enthusiastic players in SF4, Marvel, and even CVS2. I live about an hour away but I have relatives who live in Santa Ana and every time I visit them I always make sure that I visit this arcade as well.
Just a suggestion:
I mainly play SF4 but I also like to play third strike, especially when there is a little crowd playing part 4. My only little problem with this place is that third strike is in a place where it’s not getting enough exposure so people might not even notice it. In addition to that. I think it’s in a dinky little cabinet with broken joysticks and buttons. To solve this problem so that it will grab the attention better of the serious gamers there, in addition to making more money for the arcade:
The people in charge there should swap games with third strike and alpha 3. Right now alpha 3 is in a really good cabinet (Yes you might have to fix the squashed screen but I think it might be adjustable inside). If you put third strike in that blue old school champion edition cabinet where alpha 3 is and fix the joystick, buttons, and the screen, and put it in the location right where Tekken 5 is and put it right next to SF4, then I believe that more people will play third strike competitively in this arcade. No one today takes Alpha 3 seriously.
I believe that if you do this you will maximize the potential of this place and this place will be a SF4, Marvel, CVS2, and third strike arcade.
It’s already fun but it will be more fun if you do it this way I believe.
Hopefully the owner will listen to my suggestion and see if he or she agrees with it.
